ZERO stars, worst "company" ever, horrible customer service, they don't check voice mail boxes. They don't answer the phones. Terrible, don't do this to your people. They should be banned from being allowed to call themselves a business.

Lot Monitoring do no answers the phone you can call a thousand time and no one will answer because they know they are full of it. This towing company tow my car because they said I was a resident parking in guess parking and I still had a tag in my car.

The service is horrible, the lady named ******** has really bad customer service and hung up the phone multiple times on me, my car was towed while having the parking permit, they need to really do something about their customer service, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. If I could give this a zero star I would, I will be looking into moving from the community because I do not want to be dealing with this unprofessional citations.

This company is absolutely trash. My husband and I have lived in Hampton North Lauderdale since 2023 of October these people got both our cars towed from our owner spot we had no idea that we needed a permit because of course no one said nothing!!!! Had to pay $170 each to get our cars out I hope someone sue this place because from my understanding all they do is drive around n look up license plate and call the tow company because they have nothing better to do that waste people times and money

I want to make this short. I went to visit a friend last night at the harbor inn in Coral Springs to get food, we chatted for a few because I hardly see her. As I’m leaving I see a “WARNING” label on my car as I getting closer I see my car was booted here’s the crazy part, I kid you not I parked my car at 22:40 the label showed my car was booted at 2243, like for real? The worst part this so called “WARNING” is advising I have to pay $76.21. You know what I could do with that money? Yeah put food in my house, but no I have to utilize it to get boots removed from my vehicle for a so called “WARNING” three minutes from parking my car. When a police officer gives out a warning I don’t recall having to pay a fee. So now because they want to be ridiculous, I now have to wait two weeks for my paycheck to buy groceries to feed my kids, thanks a lot.

CONSTANTLY IMPROPERLY TOWING MY CAR THAT IS REGISTERED ON MY LEASE AT MY APARTMENT COMPLEX! ONCE A WEEK THEY COME AROUND AND JUST TOW A BUNCH OF CARS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT NO MATTER HOW LONG ITS BEEN PARKED

I had a guest register their car from 09/07/2023 at 6:38 pm for 24 hours at 10x apartment building in ***************. Despite the registration and the guest being parked in the assigned guest parking spot, this company still put a boot on the vehicle. I tried to contact the company through their customer service number but was rerouted straight to voicemail despite giving them ten calls at 7 am even though their line says they are open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. After doing some research, I found out that the owner was reported to the police previously, stating that the company sometimes disguises itself as *************** to place boots/tow the cars just because they feel like it. This is just another example of how the system does not work to protect the consumer because you let criminals run businesses that do not have good business practices. I will be filing a police report and taking them to court if I find more people in my building to sign a petition. If you are a property management company, be aware of this company, and don't be cheap hiring crooks.

Also, please ask the third party parking to check and make sure they are not wrongly booting my car. They scratched my rim and its a *** m4 I had registered prior to Sunday when it happened June 13th. Please check records for when I registered it was a month ago. Plate is 02BTUM. Im very upset they charged me 75 dollars for a ***** ticket I didnt actually owe. If this is resolved Im happy remove my negative reviews, but I reported the all county towing company on BBB, and if that parking matter that I was not at fault and I can proof it is not resolved Ill go to the BBB for the office as well I will be forced too. I work too much for small claims and this is *****, I just do not appreciate when I do everything by the book, pay and extra ******************************************************************** front of my place. Decal and plate and everything was registered and on my vehicle, and removed the previous car on record as it is in the garage needed work. Please, let me know how to proceed with this to avoid escalating and having to waste time on principal and contact my counsel. I would like to mediate this here. I apologize for harsh words, but this literally happened on a Sunday morning when I had a family event and I did nothing to deserve. Ive lived here 5 times and this issue is not improving, itd be nice if your leasing office could move up to the 4-5 out of 5 on ****** on average, which this simple matter being resolved for future tenants. For your consideration. Have a blessed day good luck long term business with the preserves at deer creek I will do everything I can to replace your contract with another tow company friends of mine. I lived here 5 years and paid them more then your tow fees have collected for them.

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. My car was illegally towed from an apartment complex. ******** at LMSI is the most unhelpful, rudest person I have ever come across. When explaining the situation, she did not make an effort to help me. Now I am out $160 for NO REASON!
