    I went to their store in ********** ,** to just get a screen saver thats it . I have a 14 pro max thats never been cracked , dropped , fixed . So I go to the store and get the screen saver . Once I get home later on my screen is coming up out the phone . Keep in mind this phone never been dropped or anything . So I call up there and tell her she tells me you mustve dropped because I didnt do it and Im telling her I didnt . I go up there and show her and she starts freaking out saying I didnt t do it . As Im showing her the phone another customer chimes in saying yea that man is right because this phone is all glass if its dropped its going to break cracks somewhere. So I ask her for the manager number she gives me the wrong number . I then call up to the cooperate office in ******* 6 times within two weeks and they just keep giving me the run around and its been 3 weeks . They keep saying the store is going to call me but they have never reached out . Ive been very patient . At first all I wanted was them to fix or come to a solution , but Ive waited and waited . There going to have reimburse me , if this doesnt work I will be taking the legal action . My phone cost ***** theres no way Im letting that slide

    They are a SCAM....**not a single item has a price*****verbally confirm the items are quality*****the total amount charged on my account was more than the total amount I agreed to pay****could not provide a hard copy of a receipt when asked, they could only email it which I never received either**** the products I did purchase either are not defective or messed up on my phone therefore I had to remove it. ******camera lens cover cracked just being placed in my purse therefore the 9H Hardness is false advertisement describing the product*****less than 24 hrs after purchase the magsafe is defective and no longer provides wireless charging*****the first screen proctector was discarded "malfunction" by the manufactuer with no fault to employee then placed a second screen protector on my phone. I then reviewed it and there were "bubbles" after ensuring me this one has a 1 year warranty and what I was seeing was the "glue". **After leanving the store and using my phone I began to notice the touch wasn't registering and by the end of the day it wasn't registering my touch at all and had to be removed to ensure it would not further damage by phone by leaving it on there. I have reached out several times to the vendor to discuss with no response from them. I am unabel to leave a voicemail to try and resolve the issue direclty with the vendor.     i brought my phone in to repair my screen they offered me a screen that wasn't the original but said it would work the same. after the repair my phone had a security update and now doesn't respond to touch except by stylus. it freezes flashes me with static and strobes me. i brought it back in and they told me they knew it would happen because its the type of phone with software in the screen. i asked them if they could fix what they broke and they tried to get me to pay $400 more. they have high reviews on ****** reviews because they offer a discount if you give them 5 stars on a ipad in front of them.
