      I ordered a product and had initially provided the wrong shipping address. I updated the address the same day as the initial order. 10 days later they replied and let me know that they hope they can change the information. The day it shipped they provided me with tracking information that was not either of my addresses. When I contacted them they didn't reply until after it was "delivered". They refused to process a refund because it said "delivered" despite the dates and addresses on the shipping information they provided were not mine. I finally disputed the transaction 2 months after the original order and only then did I hear back from pawbean (paw.com) and we reached an agreement in which they would resend the product to the correct address if I dropped the dispute with my bank. I complied and 5 days later received more incorrect shipping information and have not heard back from them. I have since re-opened the dispute. There were so many issues with them that is has to be intentional and mismanaged. I would love to see the ** dog toy I ordered some day as It really looked like a good product, but the weakest link so far has been the people that work there.

      I had a great experience with this company. They sent me their new leather dog car seat. It is great. I can see there were a lot of issues late last year, but it seems the company has resolved their problems.

      Made a large purchase back in November for my rescue senior dog and I have YET to receive any customer service at all nor have I seen my product!!!! I have called soooo many times, emailed, Facebook commented…… NOTHING. I would highly recommend that people stay away from this company. I have never had this happen before and I do a lot of online shopping! Disgusted…..

      I ordered the PupRug by Paw.com Runner Faux Fur Memory Foam Dog Bed - Rectangle Grey One Size (72" L x 28" W). It was not a cheap purchase ($249) plus some small discount of ~$25.My motivation for getting this was the memory foam. The product I received is thin with no real give or "memory" because it's so thin. I contacted the support at Paw.com after 3 days since it didn't really decompress after unpacking the runner. There is no response from their customer support. I tried to contact them on ******* as well. No response.

      I, it seems as well as everyone else, have been calling and emailing the company to initiate an exchange, with no response via either email or by calling repeatedly. I ordered #3 Polar White blankets and received #2 of them, along with #******* Cowhide. It should not be that hard to get a response from a company regarding a mistake they made. I do not at this point think that I will be getting any response from the company based on the other reviews on this page. Its unfortunate as I really like their products, however, I do not think that I will be doing any further business with this company. It baffles me how they have a B rating from the BBB based on their lack of customer service.

      I order everything online and have never been as disappointed in a company or their product as I have been with Paws.com (******).Order #***** on January 1st, promising a few business days to deliver. After numerous emails, attempts to call the company to no avail, I opened a dispute with PayPal.Immediately afterwards I received the same response as everyone about their delayed shipping.Told them I was no longer interested in dealing with them but the bed was shipped.Received it yesterday, grateful it had arrived after all but they sent the wrong bed. At least I hope it was the wrong bed for what I received is not even worth $20.I ordered a large flat memory foam orthopaedic bed sized at 40 x 30 x 4 for thickness.What I received is 35 x 30 by 2. Now I say it is only 2 thick for this one came with a pillow top at one end which is 4 thick but the other 95% of the bed is 2 thick.This is after 24 hours of laying it flat to get into shape but it is all lumpy and will not expand to its 4 thickness anywhere else.Naturally the cover that came with it looks ridiculous as it is too long and is made for a bed that is 4 thick so it looks like a loose potato sack.To be honest, my present 3 year old memory foam bed that cost half of the price of this one, as beat up now as it is is in better condition than this new one.I have escalated to PayPal again and will NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company again. I would not trust them now to even send the right bed if its quality is anything like the one I have been sent.I feel as if a bait & switch took place in order to fulfill their obligation with PayPal.

      I wanted to chose zero stars, but I had to chose one to write this review. My wife ordered a blanket right before Christmas. We did receive the blanket, but we weren't satisfied with the quality. My wife initiated a return, which included a $20 charge for return shipping. Given that we weren't satisfied with the quality, we didn't think it was fair to be charged $20 for shipping. My wife emailed the company several times since then, and no response. I have emailed the company as well, and no response. I've also called and left messages with the company, again, no response. Very disappointed with this company and their non-existent customer service. I wish we read the reviews about the company before ordering from them.

      I ordered a blanket and tried to return it but it wouldnt work online. I emailed three times and called once. No one got back to me. Worst customer service. They quality is garbage. I wouldnt recommend.

      In December I ordered a white with brown accents PupRug, got it .. loved it. I ordered another one in gray, received it Jan 5. The insert was a little bigger than the cover, causing a bulge. Also, quality of the fake fur cover was terrible. I wanted to exchange the item for another one and emailed them on Mon, Jan 9. Today is Friday, Jan 13, and I haven't heard back from them so I called. At first Van said this item was in a special category and unfortunately I couldn't return it. I explained again that it would be an exchange. I also asked if I could get the one with white/brown accents instead of gray. I was told it had to be for the same color and item. Okay, not happy but understand. In order to get an exchange, Customer Service sent me an email while I was on the phone with instructions of what needed to be done. I would need to send pictures of the item and a few other things. Once I replied to their email the ticket would be reopened. At that point, I just said I would keep the gray one. What happened to good customer service. An exchange should be very simple. Not asking for money back,
