Wow, why isn't this place closed. I spent too much time on the phone with someone telling me I paid over $1,000 in 2019 for a vacation that I then never took. If I now spend close to that amount I can book a vacation and save the original $1,000 and then have up to 6 more vacations to take. However, I could not get what the additional vacations would cost, I could not get them to just email me information without giving them a credit card as they were then going to include an email document for me to sign. They said they had a credit card on file but then only had a couple numbers (that were not correct). I told them to keep my original investment if they could just not email me information. This is sad as I'm sure they are catching some people out there.Review from Ashley W

Booked through the agency several years ago- when I finally was able to book vacation- Covid hit and I was still charged fees and was unable to get refund even through Vegas was actually shut down! When I went to rebook phone was no longer in service!!! What a rip off- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!Review from Yaritza B

Pendington travel deserves a 0 and to go out of business charges administrative fees for holding on to your "free vacation" I called to cancel multiple times as I have a serious family issue that will not be addressed in time. Every time I call and say I want to cancel they hang up. Finally the 30 days pass and they are refusing to refund me these fees based on a flat statute when they deliberately prevented me from canceling within those 30 days. Do not book or believe anything this company says.Review from AL S

This is an obvious **** of some sort. They call to ask why you "booked your travel getaway, but never used it." Then, when you say you have no idea what they're talking about, they say, "Well, somehow you have a $1500 credit on your account."
You know what they say: when something seems too good to be true, it probably is. They launch into a long, rehearsed spiel about all the glorious things you're going to get for free. They ask if your significant other is nearby. It's sad and awful.
