  When I first spoke with freedom. I was so happy that everything was going to be taken care of and it was going to be less than what I expected. Well that didn't say the same it tripled. I called a few times they called me back but not within the same day. On the day of our move, I got to pay more because I had more than what they thought. Well, I told him what I had. The people that packed me up. We're very efficient and very nice and felthat things weren't correct. In looking at the paperwork. It'd be **** days before I got my household goods. After 21 days, I started calling them almost daily period no one was returning my phone calls period 1 day I sent them an email and I got a phone call from well. He said he was the owner of freedom express moving, And I just told him you need to have people get back to me. Then he proceeded to tell me that the person that is in charge of that was out on sick leave. I said, well then somebody needs to take Uber. He didn't like that, and all he said was. You'll get your household goods when you get them. He was very rude. 39 days after them picking up my household goods, I finally got my stuff in *******. There was one man to move all of my household goods. One man period I said. Well, you're gonna have a hard time moving all this by yourself. He said no, you're helping me and I said h*** no I paid for them to move my stuff. Then I got another charge for seventy five dollars Because I had more than seven steps. So then he had to find someone to help him to get my stuff in after, about an hour. He said I have to go pick somebody up to help me. My husband volunteered to go pick the guy up 30 minutes away, Because we didn't want that truck leaving. The second man was very Courteous. But yes, this company is a big big scam. Making you feel comfortable and then taking it all away. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing in a contract with them.Thank ***

  Horrible experience. Smooth talker claims to be Veteran company to get your business. Makes promises, decent bid. Then turns me over to another company that does not honor those promises and says I added more items to my load after I gave detailed info to *******. Then they insisted the bid should have been nearly $10,000.00 MORE than *******'s and said I'd need two trucks. Now I see from other reviews that this is their established scam. I refused to pay more, and told them they could leave empty. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a phone call that never came, they loaded the truck for the initial bid and only a few items did not fit. The driver said that had never happened before. DO NOT USE FREEDOM EXPRESS MOVING AND STORAGE. Shame on them for bating customers with the "Veteran discount". Disgusting!!!

  When it came to packing up all of my belongings, including my dishwasher and microwave, ****** and ******* crushed it. During the relocation, they took care to protect everything. Their final cost was the same as the initial ones, with no changes.

  I dont know how these people live with themselves knowing that they are complete scam artists! Your initial interaction with Freedom Express Movers out of ***************, ******* is a positive one with extremely helpful individuals. And then they subcontract it out. Mine was subcontract it out to R&M Transportation. Freedom Express Movers make you feel confident in that its a veteran owned company and you are in good hands. Then they subcontract out to different companies, my items arrived in wet boxes, which caused items to be broken. Some items never showed at all; they are supposedly looking for my items in storage, but Im sure they are broken and/or destroyed in some kind of water event that apparently happened with several of my boxes. SAVE YOURSELF and do NOT use Freedom Express Movers! I tipped these guys on both ends and bought them lunch and unbelievable how this experience turned out to be a nightmare.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS This business is a total scam, their corporate office in *************** does not exist in the building they are registered under. They stole $1800 from me and disappeared, I won a judgement from them for amount stolen plus court cost but seams to be uncollectable because they do not exist. I was takentheir business is in *************** but their bank is TD in ***** which put the collectibility of the lawsuit in two separate counties. Very well crafted Grift. Once again stay away.

  This review states incorrect information regarding our business, Freedom Express Moving. Our **************** is located in ************** however we do moves for our customers in over 40 states in the **** ****************** has received his refund in the amount of $1840.11 as of 8/11/23.  ****************** also signed a Release and Settlement of Claim that states he will remove all derogatory comments on social media sites including the BBB.  ****************** is working with the BBB to remove this review.   Thanks!  Attached in a separate email to BBB is a copy of the check written to ****************** and a copy of the Release and Settlement of Claim.
