I went to the power center to purchase a chain that I purchased from them. I asked the owner guy to make sure that he gave me the right one, I also had the lady there to check in the system. Never the least, they gave me the wrong chain for my saw. I took the chain back to get it replaced, The owner asked did I have the receipt, I stated, yes it's in my truck. Then he began to become ruled and told me to get out of his store. As I went to my truck to get the receipt, he closed the gate and refused to exchange it nor give me my money back. I called the police, they told me that there was nothing they can do cause he didn't comment a crime but the police wrote the report up and suggested that I report them to the better business Beau. I've been doing business with this company for years, but sense the new owner have taking over, they have been selling me the wrong parts and are very rude, when I want to exchange it with my receipt.Business response

This individual comes to store purchase a chain and bar Dec 12 2022 for existing equipment acquired on May 08 2021 Stihl Pole saw HT131, return to the store in a busy day at the front desk full of customer purchasing parts/equipment in a dissent and courtesy manner cutting off everybody of the line of customer y coursing talking bad about **********************. He refuse to wait service turn like every body at store ***************** is walked out the store explained that read you receipt with the policy "No Return or credit final sale" this makes his attitude violent and miss behavior with not access to return to the store.
The sold part is correct for the equipment model and serial number requested by ***************** the refund requested is denied by Power Center policy
Our product line Stihl spare parts is not sold online, many after market part are installed to original equipment making it different at the original product
He is welcome to the store to purchase another chain with courtesy and good behavior
