In 2013 I entered into a contract with Elite Financial, now known as E. F. Solutions Inc. to settle credit card debit. They were great and settled one case right away. In Dec. 2021, they informed me that I had enough money in my account to settle the other 2 cards. $17,000. Since then I have not heard from them nor have been able to contact them. I have filed complaints with the **. AG's office, ************************ and sent a letter, returned unopen, to their registered agent. The credit card companies have no record of them ever contacting them and have written off the debts. I would like my money returned.Initial Complaint

After working with Elite for several years, they have stopped responding to all attempts to communicate. They have several thousand dollars in an account which we require to be returned. No emails or phone numbers are being responded to. The ************ number displayed on BBB has been disconnected. I suspect that the business has folded without telling any clients, or the owner has absconded with the money, or the owner is in prison.Initial Complaint

Elite Financial Solutions has not answered my numerous emails in regards to my remaining balance, which is around $1305.05.They dont answer my calls nor emails. Date of transaction began about June 2016. This company began by taking $160.00 from me every month for about three years. They suppose to be negotiating a settlement with two credit card companies and a finance company. It's been going on six years with no end in sight. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the past two weeks and all I get is a voice mail. And they want return my calls. I just want them to settle my accounts soon if they can't I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I started using Elite Financial Solutions for debt consolidation. At first, they were sending me the money per the agreement. However, December 2020 was the last time I received a payment from them. I sent many emails, faxes, and made many calls to them with no response. I still have a little over $19,000 left in my account with them. I would like for someone to contact me in regards to my account so that we can resolve this issue. I even sent a letter to Jeffrey A. W., the president and still received no response. I understand that you are the President of Elite Financial Solutions. Please be advised that this law firm has been retained by the above-referenced client to represent him in this case. Our client has an account with Elite Financial Services. Mr. ****** has tried numerous times to get in touch with the company regarding his account. Specifically, he has been working with Mr .**** *******. However, he never receives any response to his phone calls, voicemails, and emails. According to the agreement that Mr. ****** made with Elite Financial Solutions, he was to be getting paid in certain sums every month. Mr. ****** would send a request by fax to withdraw the money, which was limited to a maximum payment of $3,500.00. The payments stopped coming in after December 2020. The last request Mr. ****** made was on December 17, 2020. Mr. ****** has a balance of $19,071.66 left with Elite Financial Solutions that is still owed to him. I entered an agreement with E.F. Solutions in approx. June of 2013. They handled several of my debt settlements and I was pleased with them up until 2020. I have 2 remaining collection accounts. As of 4/13/2020 I had a remaining balance that they gave me a verbal understanding they should be good to close out the remaining 2 accounts. I am still receiving phone calls and collection notices. I still have a signin with the original account username and password **** shows my last posted balance. (see attached) I want this refunded so I can settle up the remaining accounts. I have placed several phone calls and left voice messages. No response. I have lefts several emails. No response.Initial Complaint

i needed help with my credit cards. elite financial solution offered to help me so i went with it. they paid of a few of my credit cards then they stopped paying anything, but still took money out of my account and they are now holding $5397.95 of mine and i ask them to send it to my bank account and i have not received it. and i read reviews after this had happened and found out they will not give you your money back that they took from my bank account and put it in a savings account for my credit cards. i really need this money that belongs to me.Initial Complaint

This company is a debt settlement company existing to negotiate with a person's creditors. I have been paying into this company several thousands of dollars over a period of over 7 years, to hold in trust and payable to designated creditors when a settlement amount has been agreed to by Elite Financial and the debtor (myself). Essentially, Elite Financial markets itself as a negotiator between creditor and debtor. Previously, I have been in contact with this company approximately once per year. At those times, they have taken my calls or returned my calls to inquire as to the status of Elite's negotiations with my creditors. Each time they assured me they continue to be in negotiations, but that my creditor(s) are non-responsive to Elite's proposal(s) on my behalf. As of 10.24.2018, I (client #XXXXXX) was verbally advised that there was exactly $8,741.00 in my account for repayment of any negotiated settlements. At that time I was advised by my representative that no more monthly payments would be required since sufficient monies were in my account to cover any agreed to settlements. This year (XXXX) Elite has not answered my calls nor returned my calls and recently have not answered my email to them of 10.06.2021, that included facts which I believed would facilitate negotiations. I have yet to receive a response and my calls continue not be returned. For the last year my calls to their number have been picked up at Elite's phone number of record, but I was told (by machine answering) my contact (**** ******) was "away from his desk." Each time I left my phone number and requested a call back but to no avail. Absent Elite's apparent inability to negotiate a mutually agreed to settlement (are they even still in business? I presumed so since the phone number was still operational), or to respond to my inquires, I request a return of all monies being held by Elite ($8,741.00) paid to date which were designated for repayment of any creditor settlements.Initial Complaint

I agreed to their advertised term of 12-36 months for debt resolution and am currently on my tenth year. They have not answered my phone calls nor have they responded to my email, for the second year in a row. I need my money back immediately because they are obviously not doing what they should be with it. I should also have all of the monthly charges refunded since my last settlement due to absolutely no services being provided.
