The initial transaction with Accurate Financial Solutions dates to July 13th, 2020. According to them, with their expertise help, I would be able to restore my credit score in 1 year. They did not stutter on the time it would take to fix my credit score and they compromised to do it in 1 year. Additionally, they promised (under contract) to provided a two thousand dollar credit card to start again with my credit. Now they say this is not possible and have no other option to offer. I paid AFS $362.67 on a monthly basis from Agouti 15, 2020 until June 15, 2021 PLUS a $999 one time initial fee. I've been extremely impacted from their doing's because my credit score is extremely low (even lower than what I started with), they do not provide a resolution to my case nor I am provided with a serious and professional explanation of what are they doing. Now I know, that they lied to creditors on my behalf saying that my identity was stolen and none of the transactions were made by me. I always provided the information on time but was not aware of the "tactics" they used. I'm unable to apply for credit or buy a house for my family because of their wrong doings. I demand a FULL refund of the money I paid and give me back all my information. I don't feel safe with AFS having my personal information.Initial Complaint

This company promised helping with credit cards debt, I requested to see contract, they demanded I pay them $1499.00 to start process, contingent on signing contract, full refund if I did not sign contract. $750.00 were charged to two credit cards they insisted on payment prior to offering contract, they took less than 30 minutes to process charges. I received contract after 4 days, read it, did not agree to it, called them, told them I did not want to engage in doing business with them, demanded full refund, they say it will take 30 days, I told them NO, in 30 days I am charged interest and you are holding my money, it took you half hour to collect, you need to refund it within 72 hours. It has been over a week, I am refusing payment of moneys charged on my credit cards for a fraudulent transition. This company does not offer a financial solution, they are a fraudulent business for people that can not read contracts. I am a business woman, do not want to engage in any business with these thiefs and they should be investigated. Thank You
