We're sorry You feel this way but your facts are all very wrong.
There are a few things you mentioned that never happened and we have proof of every single one.
You mentioned that you sent a check for $175 but we never processed it and that we charged the credit card for $434 which in fact the only money we collected from you was the $175 you choose to pay with the check when the invoice was for $275, That invoice was the original one, it was never reduced price or anything so we don't know where the $434 are coming from, we never heard of it, never invoiced you any other amounts or invoices. Furthermore, we never collected any information on your credit card, so if in reality, you had a charge for $434 could've never come from us and you should check with your credit card bank if this is a true fact.
We also have GPS on each truck and we do have in fact the proof that our tech was there for two hours not 15 to 20 minutes as you claimed.
So I believe the only fact that you have right is that we did do work for you.
We sent you an invoice for $275 and you sent a check for $175 with a couple of emails with very angry words. After that you sent a payment for $175; we never called you or bothered you so we don't understand why you are so bitter about it.

The bill was from a corporate office naming you as the company providing the services. . I will correct the claim on on my credit card....however. If your electrician said 2 hours..that is totally untrue..he is misleading you on the time..maybe he stopped for lunch. It doesn't take 2 hours to replace a gfi and check plugs corrected.
