I would never trust this day care again my son went there for almost 5 years. he went to the daycare with a scratch mark on his arm, mind you he went there with short sleeves had I wanted to hide something I would have put long sleeves on him this is the first instance ever and they called DCF on me 5 years my son went to this daycare. It was the most traumatic experience of our lives they pulled him in a room lifted his shirt without my knowledge there we’re no marks on him they still called DCF and instead of calling me and asking what happened they had someone go to his elementary school pull him out of his room with a DCF lady and cop and question my 7 year old now mind you we have been with this daycare for 5 years never once had they ever thought I was abusing my son. I called the director and wanted a apology and she told me know that abuse can start at any time 5 years later I guess if they would have called me instead of traumatizing my son I would have explained what happened they never gave me the chance needless to say I would not trust them with my dog the lack of disrespect that I received from the director Tasha who through very difficult time thought that it was ok to talk to me the way she did was not ok in my eyes She basically told me I abused my son he went there for 5 years not once in the 5 years did they think that I abused my son now mind you when he was 2 at this day care fell and broke his arm I should have known them Please do not trust them with your child I even went as far as talking to the owner telling her what the DCF lady told me that they need more training. They wasted the DCFs time on a child who could really use it not my child who has never had a scratch on him in 5 years of the time he went to the daycare. I would rate the daycare a zero.

This is a terrible place, parents please be cautious about sending your child here. Kiddin’ Around (or Bright Beginnings since they’re changing their name) is not only dangerous for adults, but children as well. Children are not always supervised, they go hours without having their diapers changed, teachers are constantly on their phones and not engaging with the kids. The owners couldn’t care less about the children, they’re so money hungry they will break any rules and laws they can get away with just to make sure they can save or make an extra buck. Please don’t let them fool you, Sheevan, Yamini, and Natasha are all terrible and talk poorly about your family and child as soon as you walk away. If I could go back and change things.. It would be to NEVER come back here again. Please do your research before sending your child here or working here.

This school is terrible. Supervision is non existent, good staff is leaving and being replaced with staff who clearly do not care about the children. Incidents are not being reported as my 5 year old son told me about a number of things that happened to him that the school didn't notify me of. They accept dangerous and inappropriate behavior from students with no real ramifications. A child pushed a bookcase on top of my one year old and they waited 3 weeks to disenroll him and refused to affix the bookcase to the floor or wall to prevent it from happening again to another child. New owners took over less than a year so I've heard that is when all of this started.
