      I had a really unfortunate experience with this company. I ordered a iPad case for my business, a simple $70 item. I get a call a week later saying that they have no cases left in stock, so they'll refund me and, to retain a loyal customer, provide me a free card reader device in its place. Neat!Well, unfortunately, after a mandatory contract signing and providing my bank account details, I felt uncomfortable moving forward. My agent (*******************) assured me I would not be charged until I set up the device and start accepting card payments. Even though I objected and decided to not move forward, my agent did everything in his power to get me to sign the form. I ended up signing.I received the device and it remained unopened in its original packaging and I began to receive fees. After being charged $100+ in fees only a few weeks into owning the device (still unopened btw), I decided to call up Emerchant Authority to cancel/return my device. By the way, the contract never said anything about non-usage fees, only a pin-access fee of $10/mo.When I called to return the product, my agent simply refused to accept the return. "Just use it, I don't understand. Why don't you just keep it?". I'm happy with Square, thank you very much. It wasn't until I called the general service line a week later for someone else to offer me a return label.Even though I cancelled on April 19th, I am still getting charged now into May and it's ridiculous. I've received no value from this company, I'm out $100+ dollars, and it's hardly worth my time to fight this with my bank and with Emerchant. I would have loved a simple cancellation form and a quick credit to my bank account, but nope.Never doing business with Emerchant again. First experience with them and a terrible one.Refund: $38.85 on 5/2 Refund: $10.90 on 4/3 Refund: $30.00 on 4/7

      Back on 6/19/2022 I went on Emerchant Authority and bought the Dejavoo Z11 credit card terminal 2 weeks later instead shipped me the order their sell man called us and offered us to try out their service and the Clover System at Low rate at .5% and for the ******************** it $125 monthly with No Processing Fees! I will only responsible for $125 minus your rebate.(Example $125 *station* -$75 rebate =$50 remaining I have to paid and I can cancel it anytime but after using the service they charge the rate is 1.9% the station fee is over $250, and $120.83 interim rent (with never mentioned by ***************** . I been try to asked him to fix it. Over 2months nothing happened Im asked them to cancel our service and they never responded but they keep charged me 4,5 times each month and I have to file the dispute with my bank for stopping them from taking money out from my bank then I got the call from *********** the supervisor ask me to send all the transactions back to him to take a look then never got any back I have to file another complaint to BBB . And they respond and agree to cancel the service but I still keep getting the bill from Clover I try to msg *********** back but not responding and now they bill me $6000 for the Clover I hope someone can help me deal with this scammer company.

      1st I went on their website and bought a credit card Z11 and got the call from their salesman offer us the whole clover system with a rate at .5% $125 monthly fee with discount 1% rebate but end up Im been charged with 1.9% $135monthly,$128 rental fee, $47-67clover fee. Been talk to the salesman ******* try to fixed been waited for over 2months finally got to talk to the boss he asked to send all the transactions that Im been charged he go to fixed it but never did but still charged more, I asked him to cancel my service he didnt respond back anymore.

      eMerchant Authority list the Star Micronics mPOP receipt printer and cash drawer as "In Stock" on their website for $479. I ordered one, as this is a good price for a hard to find product.****************************************************************************************************************************** The next business today, I received a call from one of their reps. ** explained that they have to reserve this item for their service customers, and couldn't sell it to me unless I signed up for merchant services (credit card processing) with them. ** said that he would refund my order, but I have received no confirmation yet.It's clear that this listing is a bait and switch. They claim it is available at a certain price, with no requirement for services, and accept payment, but then require customers to sign up for additional services or they will cancel the order.

      There is a bit of a shortage for the product and we don't have them in stock anymore. We cancelled the order and the representative that called was wondering if we could help you out with a different one. Unfortunately the other ones are locked machines so that why he was asking about the processing.

      That is not what the agent said. Initially, and when pressed to clarify, he indicated that the item was in limited supply (not sold out) and that he could only sell it to me if I purchased services. When I challenged him on this, he reiterated once again that that is their policy, and if I didn't like it, I should speak with his boss. When I asked him to pass the message on, he declined and I hung up.

      We scheduled ***** to pickup the package a few times. Once they show up the package is suppose to be handed to them so they can deliver it back. We created the label and emailed it to you so you wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

      After I requested to close my merchant account due to high fees being charged, Vicktoria C., Administrative Assistant, instructed me to return the new and never used Clover Station and Cash Drawer (the purchase of the station order # is *****). The Clover Station and Cash Drawer was returned and delivered to Emerchant Authority located at *** ******** ***** *** ***** ****** ******* ********** on May 14, 2021 via ***** (Tracking numbers ************ and ************, and I was also able to confirm delivery with one of their representatives at ###-###-####. I've also received a written e-mail reply from Victoria on May 26th that she was able to confirm the reimbursement, but it has not posted to my bank account to date. Since then, Victoria has not replied to my e-mail messages. Prior to her not replying to my messages, she confirmed a reimbursement of an amount over $500.
