    I had paid parcel monkey to deliver a package to ******, of which I was promised overnight shipment. The package not only wasnt delivered overnight but was NOT delivered at all. I not only didnt receive compensation for damages but the refund alone was declined and I was told I would have to pay for the package to be returned and that I wasnt refunded because I didnt pay for the package to be returned. This isnt fair. Ive contacted Parcel Monkey several times and theyve refused to issue a refund.

    I contacted Parcel Monkey to ship 4 boxes from ************ to **************. I chose *** as I had previously used them in the past. They were supposed to arrive in 1 week but then I got an email saying that 1 of my boxes was being returned when I contacted *** they told me I needed to contact Customs and I did, they told me that the box contained cloth that didn't have tags and that was not allowed, I never heard from the other boxes until I received another couple of emails saying that at my request the other boxes where being returned, I never asked or requested this. When the boxes arrived, we had items missing and we have items broken.I purchased the insurance but when you go to the Parcel Monkey website there is no way to file or submit a claim, also you can't contact them through phone.

    ***** was the *** I paid. Transaction was on November 17th. I paid for shipping a pkg to *************************************** Monkey m, to ship thru *** via ****. I WEIGHED AND MEASURED my pkg carefully, and dropped it off at ***. Now, A MONTH LATER, I get an email from parcel monkey saying *** says my pkg was heavier and larger than what I said it was. And *** is charging me another *****. That makes no sense. Plus *** didn't ding me for that additional *****, parcel monkey did. Its still pending in my Credit one credit card account. I paid originally thru ******, and this new charge is pending to parcel monkey thru ******. Ate they ripping people off? I see their BBB rating is "F" the # that came with the email for this new charge is:35314369001.

    Parcel monkey took an extra $143 out of my account May 2, 2024 after I sent a parcel with them. They made up a series of bogus reasons which I challenged and they finally admitted they should not have taken this money and would refund me. I have been chasing this refund since then and they have been stalling and stalling. They claim they couldnt refund me because my credit card changed but ***** my bank say this isnt correct, and they say they couldnt refund me because there was a bank dispute which was ( wrongly) decided in their favor before they admitted wrongdoing and that has prevented them from returning the money- ***** say this is also not correct and there are no barriers in place to the refund. Every time i write they stall further and say theyre just trying to figure out how to get the money to me but Im exhausted from it all now and would love your help.

    I have made a package mailing order via parcel ****** online at Oct. 09. I declared my package infomation correctly and get the quote: $26.74. I paid this with my debit card online and sent this package at *** counter at same day. The package was delivered to my friend at Oct. 14. But I was charged additional $15.49 for "package larger than declaration". I contacted the manager but he never show the evidence to prove their charge is reasonable. They just take the fee from me without any permission.

    On 8/9/24 I used Parcel Monkeys shipping service to send a package to *******. The package was first routed to ******* to be relabeled for *******. On 8/29/24 the delivery attempt failed and the package was returned to sender. The address used on the package is the same address that has been used in the past and the package always arrived. I have repeatedly reached out to customer service to find out where my package is. They cannot find it. Since the company lost my package I have asked for a refund and payment of the insurance I had on the package. **************** just keeps stringing me along. It has been almost two months since I mailed the package. I have since had to reorder the items that were in the package at a higher cost, so I can send them again. I would like to get my money back and the insurance paid.

    On 4/15/2024 I utilized Parcel Monkey to ship a necklace back to its original seller, Hold Upon Heart, per the sellers request. The necklace that was sent to me originally was not the necklace that I ordered from the seller via ****. The seller agreed to replace it with the correct necklace, but required me to ship the incorrect necklace back to them. I utilized Parcel Monkey to ship the necklace back to the original seller as requested: PM Order #PMO91NQW. The original charge for the shipment through this company on 4/15/2024 was $28.89. I received the Final Charge Notification for this order on 4/23/2024. The final charge was for "Additional charge for inaccurate dimensions and/or weight." To summarize: The original payment was $28.89 and the final charge for the shipment was $9.30. [The original seller confirmed that they received the shipment on 5/3/2024 and shipped the correct necklace to me via their preferred carrier - Royal Mail. I received the correct necklace from the original seller on 6/15/2024. Tracking #RN849944395GB.] I have not made any additional purchases or authorized any additional charges since utilizing this companies services to ship a single item back to its original seller on 4/15/2024. On 8/27/2024, Parcel Monkey fraudulently pulled an additional $133.35 from my bank account. The company is claiming that the charge is for the already FINALIZED order from *************** #PMO91NQW. The fraudulent charge of $133.35 is very clearly not at all related to the finalized order from April of 2024. I have attached all documentation to prove the accuracy of my claim.

    On June 11, I purchased a pair of pants from a merchant ******** They were too small, so I requested a return. I arranged to have the pants mailed back to ***** by a shipping service, Parcel Monkey, due to the cost of shipping overseas.I clearly specified that goods were a RETURN. Instead, Parcel Monkey marked it as NEW GOODS, and as a result, *****, received an import duty and rejected the package. As a result, my merchandise is currently sitting at the post office in ***** and I have lost the ability to receive a $360 refund for my item. When I raised this issue to Parcel Monkey they apologized for their error and told me that I would have to contact French customs. I have no means of doing so.

    Found what appeared to be a good price for pre-printed *** to send a box from ** to ******. Downloaded the shipping label, but no customs forms. Now have NO ACCESS TO THE SITE THEIR SITE IS "Temporarily Unavailable." I've been reading nothing but horror stories about their service. I would like a refund AND THEIR CONTACT CENTER IS DOWN ALSO. THIS is BS. A regular scam. I require a refund.

    On 1/26/2024 I sent a 2lb package to my brother in ****** *****. Parcel Monkeys initial shipping estimated 16 days plus or minusits been over 6 months since they lost the package which I insured for $300 .. a bit less than the supportable package content value.PARCEL MONKEY HAS BERN TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE in addressing this issue through dozens of emails over the past 5 monthsand has now , as of today 7/24/2024 , THEY have refused to reimburse me for the $300 coverage I paid for citing they dont cover personal items or gifts.The Chat option is non functional and you CANNOT SPEAK WITH A HUMAN.This is clearly theft by unauthorized taking and I refuse to give up until they are held accountable for this gratuitous fraud. It is beyond belief what theyve put me through..
