The wrong parts were ordered and the correct parts were ordered. Greendade gave me a return authorization which cost me $47.90 to ship by ***** The return was either refused or undeliverable to the address provided and came back to me. I was supposed to receive a refund for the parts of $56.80 and am now out of that in addition to the shipping costs.Initial Complaint

On December 28, 2023 I ordered lawn mower parts from this company. On January 2, **** I received an email that a shipping order had been created to be shipped through ***** I have not received the order and the tracking still states that the label has been created but not shipped. I have tried to contact the company for weeks through email and the contact me form on their website. I have also looked up their phone number. I found two different phone numbers and have called them numerous times. The call rings one time and hangs up. I want a refund as I have now purchased and received the parts through another company.Initial Complaint

42" Deck Rebuild Kit Craftsman T2200 917-203810, 917-250810 917-289254 1 Order #***** Purchased Sun, 27 Aug.Website states quality parts. The product I received was flawed and unusable.I reached out to the company three times for a refund, but they have been unresponsive.The parts I purchased were utter garbage. One spindle threading (to hold on the blade) was stripped making the part useless. The other spindle, after installation, stripped the grips of the pulley wheel within minutes of mowing, further damaging the spindle tip.Initial Complaint

I ordered the wrong rebuild kit for my Ctafstman lawnmower,the body of the mower says it's a 42 inch,but the deck is a 38 inch,but I didn't know,after finding this out I tried to contact green dade and couldn't get them by phone,I called and I called then I tried to contact them through there site but yet it took a while for them to respond,now mind you there is a return policy time frame.so I kept tryin until I thought it was all computer,and no human being was there so I got upset,to make a long short they finally sent me a return label with an old address and after several days past the package shows up back at my doorstep right after I had ask why I had not got my return,and then after I got angry cause time is passing,this happen to me before,and then they will say that the return time has expired, so can you please help me get my refund ,I screenshot most of the condo with them in my phone if needed,and I was angry,cause I told them I spent 81 dollars to buy it and *********** to me and there only giving me 67 dollars back ,but they won't respond even to this day,thanks for your help.Initial Complaint

Purchased a mower deck rebuild kit, and two replacement pulleys were missing and the drive belt was wrong size. Their chat system does not responded, nor any to my emails with my troubles. On February 26th I bought a spindle for my troybilt riding lawn mower from greendade outdoors for $26.42. In the purchase and shipping agreement and options I was offered and paid for 2 business day shipping. It is now March 25th and I have yet to receive my part or a refund. From the 26th til now I have reached out to this company multiple times through email, phone, and via their business ******** page to no avail. I have asked for a refund numerous times and have yet to receive that as well. I have also filed a complaint with the ************************ as well and haven't heard anything back from them but I also haven't received my part or my refund. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Their communication with customers is nonexistent and they do not deliver Saud items you pay for but Instead take your money.Initial Complaint

I ordered a carburetor For my ***** XL80S. The part I received in no way fits what it says. I tried contacting Mower parts land to no avail. their phone # goes to voice mail with a full voice mail notification, the review I attempted to leave was DENIED. Parts offer no return if the package has been opened. How do I know if the part is correct without opening the package? I would truly like a refund.Initial Complaint

On July 12, 2022, I purchased through **** online from Green Dade Outdoor a spindle assembly for a Scag Cheetah 52" Lawn Mower Deck. My bankcard was charged $43.96 for this item at this time. Green Dade promptly shipped the WRONG item, totally unrelated to a spindle assembly, and worth about 1/4 the value, a pull rope assembly. I immediately tried to contact the seller, Green Dade, at which time, after ***** attempts navigating their automated phone attendant that ALL choices were dead ends none of which would EVER be answered by human beings.UNABLE to reach the Seller, I got **** involved, who sent me a Return Label to affix to the package to mail it back via ***** A month later, they SUPPOSEDLY have not received the return package. Good morning, I purchase several items ($124.83) on July 17, for my lawn mower from Green Dade Outdoors and received order (order #*****) on July 21. I found out I did not need the items just after my online purchase. I immediately called (no answer) and sent emails to cancel the purchase with no response. When the items arrive July 21, I never opened the box . I sent a return request on 21 July to Green Dade Outdoors and received a return authorization on 25 July. I slipped the return authorization ( RMA# DE25C0SX) in the box as instructed and returned the item using **** (tracking# **** **** **** **** **** 54) July 25. It was delivered to Green Dade Outdoors 28 July. Its been two weeks since they received the item and I have not received my refund of $124.83. I have called numerous times and sent emails to Green Dade Outdoors regarding my refund with no response.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Very respectfully,******* ****Initial Complaint

I received an email from Green Dade on June 28 that my order XXXXX was shipped via USPS (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) However, USPS never received the package. Sent an email on July 1 to Green Dade asking for shipping clarification. I never received any response. Tried to call the company on multiple occasions at (XXX) XXX-XXXX but only receive a recording. No matter what option I select it goes to a message stating all lines are busy and the message box is full so you can't leave a message then it hangs up. On July 2 I emailed them asking that the order be cancelled. There has been no reply from Green Dade and no refund has been made to Paypal for the money I paid on June 28.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2021/07/21) */ Despite an email request to cancel the order and no answers to numerous phone calls, the company went ahead and sent the order late. Thefe is no co.munication possible with this vendor. Therefore I have simply trashed the items and chalked it up to a vendor we should not deal with. Cancel the file.
