    I order the Legxercise Pro 100 for $44 back in October, it was coming from *****, Recedecmmerce 161, Thuai Khwang Bankok THiH took money from my bank account, had me follow 17Track to track my package, they said my package was delivered on November 19th,but I didn't receive it,I've emailed with no response, guess this was a scammer, thank you

    I ordered this for my mother and would like to return it. The speed of it is very slow. The remote control was damaged. After seeing all the reviews here, I would like to have an accurate email or phone number to call to initiate the return thank you.

    I purchased this legxercise and decided to return. I called and emailed for 2 months with no response at all. Not one email, or phone call was returned.
    I spent over $200 on this item I can’t use.
    So much for giving the consumer a guaranteed option to return. There should be a class action lawsuit brought on this company!!!

    I ORDERED A MACHINE AND A SKIN TAG MEDICATION WHICH SHOWED ON THE BROCHURE. RECEIVED THE MACHINE THAT I AM HAPPY WITH BUT DIDNOT GET THE SKINTAG MEDIICATION THAT I PAID FOR ON THE SAME ORDER. IN FOLLOWING THROUGH TODAY I AM GETTING THE RUNAROUND--CALL THIS NUMBER, GIVEN ANOTHER NUMBER WITH NO RESULTS. PLEAE HELP.     Legxercise Pro order placed July 19th received the machine with a missing controller. I have contacted customer service twice and still no results. Their customer support cannot get this issue resolved so I have a new machine which I cant use without the controller

    On July 2, 2024, I ordered the Lexercise Ellipse machine, order #******. It included the machine, not slip mat, footstrap, faster speed setting, 2 yr. warranty, etc. The deluxe bundle. I called approximately a weel or so later because I had not received a shipping notification. I have to tracj all my expected package to make arrangements to receive them. I was told at that time that the Elipse units were out of stock but more were expected in this (that) week and my order would be shipping at that time.July 23, 2024, wrote the compeny again regarding my unshipped products. Same basic message "...We genuinely appreciate your business and are optimistic that the new inventory will be in stock this week. Once available, we will prioritize shipping backorders from oldest to newest."July 26, 2024, still no shipping info. **Will my 2-year warranty begin from date of order or from WHEN/IF I EVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT???

    ************ ordered the ellipse leg exerciser on May 14, 2024, order #*****. After one week I emailed to find out when it would be shipped. I had not heard anything regarding shipping. I was told due to the amount of orders it would take another week. I emailed them again after another week. I was told they were out of the foot straps and just got them and send shipping info as soon as possible.I called the customer service/support today *******. They told me the same issue with the foot straps and that the shipping department is filling the orders as quickly as possible. I asked to speak to manager or supervisor. I was told this is not possible and I could request a return phone call that would take 24 to **************************************** I asked the support person if he could transfer me to a manager/supervisor he said he was unable to do so. I very disappointed and dissatisfied with this situation. The foot straps were not noted on the website as being out of stock. All I want is my procduct .

    I ordered a leg exercise machine for my elderly mother on May 13th. Its now May 27th and I havent received a tracking number or anything. I read the reviews and a lot of folks have had the same issue. I wish I read the reviews first. This place is a scam.

    I have been trying for almost 3 weeks to receive my replacement for the one I returned and have been getting the run around. I sent them the tracking # they received it on 4/2 . I have called numerous times and get a different story from everyone I speak to, I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he would call me his name was ******* . I have yet to receive a call it is 4/25. I think that is enough time to send my replacement. I am disabled and its very stressful. I returned it because it was not working properly. I had the insurance on it , I did everything they asked and I still have not received the replacement. When I spoke to them the first time I was told it was sent to call back for tracking no. When I called back I was told it wasn't sent out yet I was told he would put a rush on it, call back for tracking # after that I was told the same thing every time I called . I do like the machine I would like my replacement!!!!

    Purchased the LegXercise Max on March 14, 2024 for $189.94! Order number 211572! After ordering the machine I realized based on reviews, this would not be suitable for my husband! He is a disabled veteran with diabetes and other medical conditions! I called to get a refund (it stated on advertisement could return for refund)! I was told by a representative from the company that they do not supply return labels! I returned machine to fedex. I checked with my bank to make sure a refund had been issued and was told there is a pending credit for $109!!! They charged me $80.00 postage!!! I am in shock!! They take advantage of sick, senior citizens and should be ashamed! I’ve tried calling them and they will not answer phone or return the call!

    The customer contacted ********************** asking to return the unit. The agent explained that the customer was responsible to return the unit and that the customer should contact us with the return tracking number. ******** did not contact us with the tracking number. We did not refund her for $109, that must be for a different company transaction that has nothing to do with our company.


    I have issued a full credit of $189.94 to ********'s credit card today 3/26/24.
