On October 24, 2023, BBB sent correspondence to Intellibrands, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.
On November 6, 2023, BBB received the following response from Intellibrands LLC, " Intellibrands, has seen an unprecedented growth in sales. We have
been
a bit overwhelmed in the customer service department, but we are adding
more staff to give our customers faster responses immediately, this
will help with all customer service issues."
On February 12, 2024, BBB reviewed the company’s recent complaints and found the pattern still continues.
BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.

BBB had requested that they either substantiate the claims & provide BBB supporting documentation or modify their advertising statements to reflect more accurate statements in an effort to promote truth in advertising.
As of December 10, 2019 the business has not modified their advertising.
