Purchased a fence from them 0n 10/18/21. Was told multiple times that the fence would ship within ***** days. It has been excuse after excuse with no delivery date in sight. Each time they say only a couple more weeks, and then nothing happens. It has now been almost a year and they have stopped replying to emails and calls.Initial Complaint

Hello the business EquiSafe Global, LLC was paid by *********************** *** a total of $7242.42 ******** or $5554.00 US Dollars for the products described in the download Estimate provided .(************************* was the management at the time corresponding). The bank wire transaction took place April 7-2021 and had cleared my business account that date. Several emails were exchanged as to where the products were and shipping dates. The reply i received was babies have no formula , we have a crisis here , you need to wait! Finally i just asked for a return of my funds , in that I wish to take my business elsewhere. They asked me to wait a few more weeks or we will charge you a 3% fee. This was *** 18-2022 . We are now July 24 /2022. Upon purchasing this , i was told delivery date would be somewhere in June of 2021 . This date was continuously pushed , later and later until no further correspondence by ******************************* rep of Equisafe Global was returned. We feel they owe us a full refund of the total amount due to the fact that they decided to move distributorships from overseas and caused us to not receive the product that we were told we would receive with in a few months from the original date of order.Initial Complaint

I bought fences from Equisafe Global LLC a company base in ******* in 2021, paid in full in April (5 515,00 ** $ (about 7 162,00 Can $). Payment was made by wire transfer, I can provide proof of payment. Delivery was suppose to be ***** days. After a while they started to make excuses for delays:started with Covid (which was understandable), after there was containers issues in the Port (which was also a known problem), then they started saying they were trying to manufacture in the US and were waiting for product testings to assure the standards and quality .I was very patient until now but I need to start building my fence soon, I must find a replacement product and need my money back for that purpose (I have a ton of emails from them), but lately they just stopped answering my emails.Initial Complaint

Purchase (paid in full) fencing materials on 11/20/20. Equisafe global said that my materials were shipping in ***** days. No additional correspondence came. I emailed for an update in January 2021. They responded with they had suspended operations. In March I was told the materials had shipped. Several months passed and their representatives said no materials were shipped. Now theyre saying the materials were rejected and theyre making them stateside but cannot give me a date nor will give me any quote for an amount for a refund. Incredibly dishonest, fraudulent company. Several others are in the same position as me.
