I’ve been a Beauty Influencer with FARMASi and have used nothing but their products since 2020. They’re a class act company with great products and customer service. I’ve never had many issues; some products with bottle lids loosening from shipping (even though they plaster them in bubble wrap and tape) it’s more of a carrier issue than theirs….anyway, when I have, or have had customers that had problems, they’ve always been minor but customer service had ALWAYS made it right! These people giving negative reviews guaranteed, are disgruntled former influencers that didn’t go far with the company because they think everything should be handed to them and no work should be required. Move back to Candyland! Because unless you’re born into money, win it, or inherit it, you have to WORK to earn it! Their makeup (foundations) are awesome as well as their lipstick, mascara, skin care, and supplements. Don’t let former, disgruntled influencers change or sway your mind from purchasing their products …the company and their products are great! I placed my first order last week. I placed an order for 402 points and thought that was getting the promotion of 2 bags, one pink and one black. I was offered two hats, a set of hair products and the bags on my cart. I did not know that I was only supposed to click on the bags only. I understood that I was getting the 3 promotions. I called today and talk to ********* and Jes at farmasi in *******. I asked them to keep the hats and send me the bags. I am new at Farmasi and no one explained to me how I was supposed to click only on the bag's icon. I got no empathy from ********* or Jes. I asked them for the manager's number and *** said to me that the manager is not working today Wednesday 3/29.2023. I do not understand why they are not treating me as a valuable member of farmasi. I went out looking for clients, sold the product. They both benefit from me going out and finding customers to later resulting in me ordering so ********* and *** keep having a job at farmasi. I have sold for other companies and their customers reps try to be more helpful and friendly. Please help me do the exchange of the 2 hats so I can get the set of bags.
