We had our wedding on September 23, 2023 and had Jennifer ****** with Destin Photo as our photographer. We paid her in full to take the pictures before the wedding and signed a contract. After the wedding she sent us a link to a website for use to be able to see all our pictures and select which we wanted edited. She also told us that we would have access to that site forever but they would have the watermark. We selected and paid her for all the pictures we wanted in October 2023. Since then she has been terrible to communicate with and has been straight up ignoring every form of communication. We also reached out to the venue that recommended her and she is also ignoring them. I checked her facebook/instagram and it seems she has completely stopped photography and even said all her hard drives/data were water damaged on a post. When i tried to go back to the website with our pictures they are also gone too. We really hope our wedding pictures are still somewhere. Other people are also commenting on her instagram posts asking where their pictures are. So it seems we are not the only ones having issues with her. We also have long paragraph texts from her making excuses. We continue to try to reach her daily and will be pursing legal action against her if we do not get our pictures we paid for.
