Pip and his team are amazing. I'm brand new to real estate investing. His training and mentorship programs are second to none. He promises to walk new investors through deals and he makes good on that promise. His team was busy with a 3 day, in person, live training. During this time I was still receiving regular feedback on how to proceed with a deal I had come across. *** and his team truly go above and beyond to help YOU be successful.

The whole team is great to work with. Quick to respond to questions, provide above and beyond service, and meet you at your skill level. Plenty of education resources available for self learning, plus additional opportunities to continue growing. Outstanding support team all around for any question or scenario.

You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Pips Path gives you live face-time action with these people, eliminating any excuse you have not to be your very best. If you have a real estate dream, get connected to the right people. You will not get their time for free, and you shouldnt. Anything of value costs money, and anything free loses respect and value. But they will make it affordable and it will pay off. You will never find another community to see the same faces grow with you overtime and learn with you to understand why they would decide to give you THEIR money to make a deal work. Your parents and family wont do this for you because they are not in this trained community. Its not ********. Its a valuable service to take you to the top. Anyone is qualified if they have the true desire to learn and make it in this world. Im just a blue collar kid who takes care of the whole family now. Because I have my own drive, but when I cant figure it out, I FINALLY have the support system and experienced people to ask. You cant ****** what you dont even know to ask. And you dont know what you dont know.

Incredible team of trainers and educators. They are truly passionate and clearly invested in getting you results not just putting forth a product. I have been following Pip and ******* for a few years now and can say without a doubt that they are honest and genuine to the core. They live up to and embody every aspect of the character and integrity they portray. I feel I learn something new from every interaction with the team, but more importantly the strategies they teach are about how to help people solve problems. They are firmly against deceptive practices or taking advantage of anyone, a very rare quality in this industry.
