  They are a total rip off they charge $50 per hour per person They send 3 people who speak no English and are horrible cleaners My refrigerator has soda sticky on door and the freezer had all crumbs in drawers Microwave was completely ignored they never even cleaned kitchen cabinets I called owner told him I want half my money back because they did not clean and he did not respond He called one week later and said he would send a supervisor out I told him theres nothing to see as I cleaned areas myself I requested a partial refund He hung up phone terrible company

  The first cleaning was great so I signed up for the next month. The 2nd cleaning left me unimpressed to say the least. I messaged the scheduling coordinator I had been working with to let her know my dissatisfaction and asked her to remove me from any future scheduling. She offered to give me extra cleaning time on the next appt to address the issues. I did not feel this was necessary as the cleaning areas they missed were very basic for the price and declined the offer. I was upset with how they handled the situation and left a review of my experience on ******* (Something Ive never done but honestly felt I had need ripped off for the price with 3 cleaning ladies in my home for almost 2 hours) 2 months later: I get a message from the owner on my personal FB page asking my affiliation with a company I work with and minutes later get text messages from the company phone number asking me to remove my review so this doesnt get escalated to the owner. I respond to the owner who messaged me (Im in purple below) letting him know I was dissatisfied with service and did not appreciate his company harassing me 2 months after to remove my review. Also, Im not sure how my affiliation with x company is pertinent to this situation. The owner says my review is not valid (ok I have pictures to prove the lack of cleaning) and thats fine to have his opinion but now says he is going to take legal action against me.

  This business had a substantial amount of positive reviews. Upon booking, this cleaning was done quite well. I had spoke to a male gentlemen, most likely the owner - ******, a day before the appointment and he stated that if I did not have cash on me, I can pay later. Right after the cleaning, I went out to the bank to grab cash and I paid them the agreed upon price. Promptly after, ****** kept calling my phone and extorting to give them "tips" and more more. He threatened me that he would come to my house at 2 AM and bring his "associates". He called name a liar and was extremely rude over the phone. He kept calling me non-stop and even from private numbers. Eventually, the police had to be involved. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
