I purchased the vehicle for $16,000, but upon contacting your establishment, the offer dropped to $14,000 with a $6,000 down payment over 60 months. The promised driver service was reneged, forcing me to use Uber at my expense. On arrival, the price surged to $16,999 over 72 months, with a mandatory $3,000 Parks ************* *********************** deceptively hid the actual price while pressuring me into a $2,000 warranty, threatening deal cancellation. After three hours, I got the car, assured of a full service, including Parks Plus. However, my kids developed allergies due to dog/cat hair in the supposedly sanitized car. Morning inspection revealed it wasn't cleaned despite a $3,000 payment. They demanded payment or no car. Driving over 70 M/H exposed severe shaking, indicating failed wheel alignment, guaranteed but unproven.Much to my dismay, reality struck when, after taking my kids to church at night, they began exhibiting allergy symptoms due to the presence of dog/cat hair in the supposedly sanitized car. The next morning, I inspected the vehicle only to discover that it was riddled with dog/car hair, never having been vacuumed, cleaned, or sanitized, despite having already paid an outrageous $3,000 for these services. Their audacious response was that the services were indeed completed, and I was obliged to pay or face the threat of not obtaining the car.Your financial representative, ***********************, engaged in outright deception by clandestinely concealing the actual car price while I was signing the papers. To make matters worse, he ruthlessly pressured me into buying a $2,000 warranty, threatening to cancel the deal if I dared to refuse.Resolution attempts were met with indifference. I was told to bring the car back or face driving an hour for a refund plea, highlighting *************************** scam. The bait-and-switch, broken promises, and deceptive practices are unacceptable, reflecting a lack of transparency.

We bought a 2023 Toyota Camry SE with ****** miles on the vehicle on Thursday evening 12-14-23. My daughter drove the car home from the dealership. The following day she drove the car and had a blowout of the driver front tire. She had been driving about 6 minutes from our house on Ridgewood Ave. . I left for a trip to Georgia on Friday morning so my husband and I were not in town . She called me crying and scared , we sent her sister to her who helped change the tire and put the spare on. Today , Saturday December 16 at approximately 9:00 am I began reaching out to the dealership ,Parks Toyota of Deland. I left messages both on the salesmans phone and the sales managers phone. I received a call back from the sales Manager *****************************. I explained to him what had happened . My fears of the other tires being safe . He was rude and condensending. He called my daughter a liar by saying she probably hit a curb and lied about it which was not the case. He was admit that there was nothing they could do for me and that he would not be giving me a FREE tire. I was shocked with the treatment and disrespect I received from him. I explained my fears of the other tires doing the same thing . I also made the statement if I were to bring the car back over to them (40 min drive) can he give me assurance the other tires are safe. His response was you did not purchase the additional tire warranty . I went on to say if my daughter had been on the highway driving 70 the end result could have been the loss of my child . His response was OH GOD! I was setback at that remark and his lack of concern for my daughters safety. He went on to say I was being a little extreme. I was speechless at that point. I had just spent $29,000.00 on this vehicle and the treatment I received when speaking to this individual was completely unprofessional. Again, we purchased this vehicle from Parks Toyota just over 24 hours earlier.

Purchased a used 2023 4runner on 7/25/2023. Wasn't told vehicle only had one key until finance person out to greet us to sign papers. Gentleman (Scott L*****) said, not to worry, he was going help us with that. Talked us into buying a key replacement insurance contract, said wait thirty days then try to get a replacement key. After thirty days, I called to do so but service person I spoke with said it was insurance fraud and they would not file the claim. I myself did not realize it would be fraud at the time because the second key to the vehicle was in fact lost but since I only received one key at time of purchase that it would be fraud. I reached out to Mr. L***** which he proceeded to tell me to "call a different Toyota dealership and say you had to keys at time of purchase but lost one". At this time, I told him that will not do that and he needed to cancel said contract and provide me a second key. To the best of my knowledge, contract is being cancelled but I had to pay for my other key. I have ordered a key from Toyota which cost me $245.00 and will cost me an additional $89.00 plus tax to have it programmed. Since I traded in a vehicle with two keys, I should have received two keys with new purchase without committing insurance fraud. Had Mr. L***** not talked us into the contract, i possibly would not have purchased this vehicle with only one key. I feel this is a horrible business tactic and I have already reached out to the insurance company to inform them of how there service is being sold by this dealership. Only asking for reimbursement for purchase of a second key that should have been included with the purchase.

I bought a vehicle (Toyota Rav 4, 2023) from Parks Toyota of Deland. Due to alleged chip shortage the dealer mentioned my spare key would be shipped in a maximum span of 3 months. It has been mote than 7 months and the dealer refuses to provide spare key that was promised and is standard with every vehicle purchase.

On February 18th 2023 I went into the dealership to cancel the GAP insurance on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. It has been over 9 weeks since we canceled GAP. I called the insurance company and the Rep said they issued the check to Parks Toyota already within 1 week of cancellation. I call the dealership and leave voicemails but never get a response back. I would like for the GAP check to either be ready for me to pick up or for the GAP check to be applied to my car note.

This is****** ****** and I wanted to reach out to express my concerns with my recent purchase. I have been pretty upset at the way things happened. As you and****** know my vehicle was scratched to high hell after whatever detailer used an apparent rag that was dropped on the ground. You all knew this and that is why you had me sign a walk-around form (1st one I've ever been subjected to in over 25 vehicle purchases). After showing vehicle to everyone it is something they've never heard of either. I told****** three times about my concerns with the paint and that this is not normal. He said it was and when I brought it up further his response was that "Well, he doesn't know what they do over there" after I mentioned a dirty towel or rocks in it. He did say black cars are hand washed only... Ironically the day I pulled up to be dropped off for Prius it was being driven out of your car wash. After I inspected and paint correction company inspected, it is obvious the rav4 was hand washed/dried due to the configuration of swirl scratches moving around mirrors and the linear movements down panels. I'm writing this straight to you because you need to hear this. My concerns are buffered by****** and at this point it's important you hear them from me. I drove car straight to a tinter (***** at **********************) from your lot. I wanted his opinion and ironically his farther worked at Park's for years. He immediately sent pics to his father and couldn't believe what happened. At this point, I'm very stressed and just want his opinion on whether I can be corrected or not (after 3 times of****** assuring it could be... ****** was very aware). I texted him about it multiple times. ***** referred me to **** of ****************************. He was pretty confident most can come out as well. He did a 3 stage paint correction and there are still some there and said only way to get them out was a wet sand process costing $2,500-$3,000. I told him no, I did

Submitted an auto purchase request online, a sales rep called and identified himself as Alex. I asked the price or the car with all fees included, also as a former Military member advised of a promotion another dealership offered. He quotes me in text and I agreed to the price, advised I would give a deposit and pick up the car when it was ready. He calls me 5 minutes later and advised no discounts for Military if does not finance with them. I advised I had a better rate then the best they could offer me so I would stay with my own financing with ******** CU. He said...oh let me call you back. 1 min later, another gentleman gets on the phone to say. He advised it is the business practice because of a chip shortage and they would not take my money (certified check from*************) to pay for the car. I understand the discount for military is tied to the financing somehow, asked if I just paid for it without the discount of $500. He said no, "they won't sell me a car without their financing through Toyota." Obviously, this is deceptive practices and further a discrimination to me as a female and a US Navy Veteran. I would highly discourage my comrades to do business with this business Parks Toyota in DeLand. I would like this situation to be reviewed by the owner and further the business to cease to continue pursue, misleading and un-ethical business.

I drove about 4hours to pick the 2015 Mustang GT from them. Drive for about a month and had engine failure. Now I'm getting the run around from every department. Every day they have a different story. I've been without a vehicle for over 8 weeks now. I have to pay $85 each way to get to work everyday. I have no rental. The salesperson very rudely suggested to double my payment and get another vehicle from them. They give a 5year 60 thousand miles warranty which doesn't do anything and can never get thru to them. My vehicles been sitting at the dealership and no one can find out what went wrong. Guess that's what happens when you have Toyota technicians working on Ford. Did not own the vehicle for a month and I've got engine failure and won't repair the car, that is ridiculous
