      They scammed me, they sold me a used KIA ***** car from 2015 and in less than 32 days, the engine failed, the car is useless and they do not want to recognize the 100 thousand mile warranty offered by the KIA *****

      There has been no scam here. We are still working with the Kia ********** to get this resolved. *** has initially denied the warranty on this vehicle for what they know is an issue. We are still attempting to get *** to honor their warranty. If they do not we will offer assistance in getting this resolved, We were waiting on the customer to reach out to *** as they respond better to customers than non *** **********s. We just spoke with the ****************** 2 days ago. This will get resolved but the warranty should be honored by *** as it is their warranty and the vehicle is still in the warranty period.

      My check engine light was on brought it to Deland Nissan,Tyler asked me after 20 min there if I could leave my car,I said yes. I talked to him about my warranty and he said,"oh you called the other day about your check engine light hold on I'll have you out of here in 5 min. He didn't do a diagnostic check just reset the engine light.(10/21/22).light came back on and I made an appt for 11/11/22. After being there for 20 min the Asian woman told me it would be 1-1/2 hrs before they could do a diagnostic test because they are short staffed since they just opened due to the hurricane. I was unable to wait that long due to myself and daughter being Nurses and she got called into work and I had to watch baby and I had an 11:30 appt.I asked her to just smell the odor my car is throwing off and she told me No. 3 days later my car started smoking I went to the nearest place I could and my sensors were bad and had to be replaced STAT. It cost me $819.I called the manager Wayne who was very disrespectful Actually had me mixed up with someone else because he wasn't listening to me at all. He told me they didn't do a diagnostic test in Oct because they were trying to save me money! Light came back on I took it back to where I got it fixed and and diagnostic test was done and due to the work only Nissan could reset engine light. I talked to Wayne and he was nasty again and told me "I have no appts for 2 weeks I've only been here 3 mos an will call you if one comes up TY for calling"and hung up the phone.I called a week later and they had many openings from tues -Fri.I guess alot of people cancelled their appts lol for them to have so many available. I made an appt for today at 9:30A.If my car was diagnosed like I requested in Oct instead of trying to save me money none of this would've happen. I did call and leave a message for Kurt dye today. Let's see if I get a call back.This place is all about the money not the customer anymore. So sad mgr is so rude and disrespectful.

      I spoke with Cynthia and expressed my apologies for any rude treatment she may have received. We discussed her concerns and while this experience was not as expected she understood that the initial effort to turn out the lights was an attempt to save her money. We agreed that this was did not create the best result. I do believe that the battery failure was a new and separate issue that was not there while the car was in our shop. I have been here for 31 years and she has been doing business here for a lot of those years. I made sure that Cynthia could contact me direct with any future car concerns and I would make sure to help her out. The conversation went well and I look forward to a continuing to service the 2016 Sentra. All concerns will be discussed with those involved in order to make sure we do a better job in the future.       I spoke with Kurt *** yesterday and was very satisfied with the conversation and action he is going to take pertaining to this situation.Kurt was very respectful and understanding.
