Horrible place the office staff is the worst I've ever seen. I tried to complain to the chief medical officer but of course the office staff won't let you. They don't answer the phone. My insurance company, when we called to speak with the doctor were on hold for two hours until we thought maybe we should call back another hour later my insurance company gave up and made notes of the incompetence. The office staff changes referrals. And it has nothing to do with insurance. My MRI of my neck was bad and my doctor had no idea for two months because the office staff never put it in her mailbox on her tablet she had to leave the room and ask the office manager to send it to her after two months the results were there. The speak in Spanish and think you have no idea what they are saying about you but I do and I don't like being called names or made fun of. And yes it's the same thing at at least 3 of your facilities that I've been to. I've had 5 or 6 different doctors since 2018 they are not there anymore. I was standing in line at the original Deland office I was waiting in line and the the girl at the desk. Asked me if I I wanted to schedule a visit to a certain specialist and divulged my private health status to the other 4 people standing behind me.
