If I could give him a negative believe me I would! RUN AWAY!!!! He walked through with us and discussed what we wanted, however, he did not take a single note! I requested wrought iron railing around my porch, came home from work and he had put up back deck wood spindles. He did fix that the next day though. We requested a specific place to pour our hot tub pad and he decided without discussing with us where HE wanted it, which made the walk way on our deck around the hot tub a little narrow. Had to pay for another PROFESSIONAL roofer to come to do a completely new roof after he covered actual bare spots where he took out rotted wood and did not put anything there, just covered it up with the lining and shingles! He was supposed to do a half stacked stone wall on our house, insisted on the money up front and thats the last I saw of him! He took our money and left us with this mess all while my husband was going through chemo! He is a piece of work! And he has the gall to use our construction photos on his advertising. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM!

If I could rate them a negative I would. RUN do not walk from this builder. He is a liar and a crook. Trust me I do not say this lightly. I have all the evidence and proof that he lied to us during our entire building process. He left us with an unfinished house, overcharged us, charged us for things that we never got, and took items from our build that he was supposed to credit us for at the end, as soon as he obtained the CO he left us high and dry. He changed his name on FB to H&H Homes - so beware! I have text messages to back up everything I am saying. The last response we have received from him was Friday 4/22/22 in which he admitted to overcharging us for windows.
