I signed a contract with Eco-Pure Construction 10/20/22 for Kitchen Renovation subsequent to significant damage from a hot water supply line break in my home at ****************************************************************** that occurred 9/25/22. The listed Project Cost was $12,550. Per the contract payment schedule I paid $6200 upon signing. The first issue was when ***************************, CEO of EcoPure ordered the wrong color cabinets. I specifically requested Bright WHITE, not off white. On November 11/2022 I picked up the revised layout and confirmed that the correct product (Procraft Liberty Shaker White) was ordered. Demo began 1/3/23. Again, per the schedule, I Paid $2485 for that portion and Change Order #1 (Open up doorway, & remove existing pocket door, sheetrock & paint ready) Please note there was ABSOLUTELY NO work performed at all for THREE ENTIRE weeks from Jan 18 through Jan 30. Cabinets began to be assembled 2/10/23. I paid $1950 Change Order (soffit removal & taller cabinets). I also paid an additional $277 for another cabinet 12x24 to have symmetry on both sides as the original drawing did not reflect that! Per the schedule, I paid $1000 for Sheetrock on 2/18/2023.I requested an estimate of the duration of this project on 12/13/22 via email to ********************** whose reply was "My crystal **** is broken" but that after the "team start" a better working schedule would be provided. None every was! Please note I was without a viable kitchen for OVER THREE MONTHS! I made numerous calls to ****************, Project Mgr, ***************************** and his assistant, ********************************* as well as over 50 emails, with no result. Cummiskey, Lindley, McClellan, Unger, and at least six other employees have left EcoPure. The last time an employee was in my home was 5/19/23. *************************** (for *******************) documented all of the remaining items and promised follow up. No contact. After over 8 mos, and with my full availability, I concluded "Failure to perform" & was forced to hire othersBusiness response

In response to this complaint the accusations made by the customer are false and defamatory. This customer has an outstanding balance above and beyond the monetary credit she has received. There will be legal proceedings to collect this money that is rightfully owed. Also in the contract with this customer she was responsible for areas of the kitchen renovation to done be done by others. Which caused major delays to her project that were beyond our control. We tried to contact her to rectify the problem but, she refused to allow us to do so. At this time we are willing to rectify the situation if she allows us to and takes care of her financial responsibility to contract.
