Closet Factory *************** built two walk-in closets and a garage organization system. They finished on time and were very professional during the design and installation process. I loved that I knew what I was getting, and yet they surpassed my expectations! I highly recommend them for custom cabinetry.Review from Scott H.

We were excited to finally to get our shelving unit in the focal point oh our home. Imagine the disappointment when it took two trips to install when we were told it would only take one; all of the measurements and still spaces that the installer said could not be corrected; wall needs repainting from the pencil marks and the grain runs in multiple directions so you get dizzy. Looks like a child put this up. Always referred us to the designer for answers. Designer came today and agreed with faulty workmanship and said it would be taken care of. Just heard from management that they don’t agree with their own designer. Run, don’t walk away from this company!!!!

I'm sorry your experience with Closet Factory was not satisfactory. The custom nature of your project based upon wall angles depicts certain grain patterns based upon the material chosen. I am generally very thoughtful about reviews. I know they can make or break service providers and I try to give as many chances as possible for the provider to correct a mistake and be reasonable (because things can and do happen). But, I feel compelled to warn everyone about this company. I have quite literally never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I have been waiting 8 months for a job to be completed. They no-show, repeatedly. They don't call back or outright lie. If you speak to one department they bad mouth and blame the other. They are completely dysfunctional and unprofessional. If you want to be scammed, go with the Closet Factory. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.The Closet Factory Response

Its not corrected or resolved. Resolved would imply the matter is closed. Giving me another date a month into the future (with the companys history of no-shows) is not a resolution. Corrected would imply you attempted to make any concession, financial or otherwise, considering the absolute ridiculous of this situation rolling into month 9. When youve actually completed the work an delivered the materials paid for, itll be considered resolved. Until then, everyone should know what youre (not) about.Review from Donna D

Customer service and follow up is really bad with this company. I’m told by the site superintendent that we have a design flaw by the designer Jim Martin. I have been told to reach out to him to try and fix the issue. He is unresponsive and not calling back. Don’t do business with this company! Poor customer service and not good to work with.
