On June 8, 2021 I purchased a Sigelei Fog Stick for 64.18 from Euporia Smaoke & Vapelocated at 624 Seabreeze Blvd. in Daytona Beach Fla. After having this for several days it began to heat up and spew fluid and smoke. There was no way to turn if off. You could not touch it. My husband grabbed it and threw it in the water. I tried several times to go to there website but to no avail. Also would not even let me email them. While doing research on this item I see that it has happenedbefore too others and no response from the company.I want my money back.Thank you************Business response

If you could stop back by the store with your receipt and defective product we would gladly exchange it for a new one. If you are unable to get back to Daytona, you could of course contact the Sigelei company directly as they have an online warranty claim support site. Again I apologize for any confusion you have had over the product, but we are just the retailer not the manufacturer of the Fog Stick.
