After seeing an ad for Ethos Health, extolling the wonders of Exosomes therapy in relieving arthritic knee pain, I wholeheartedly signed up for their treatment, hoping to walk again with no cane and no pain. Six months, and almost $10,000 later I have experienced ZERO improvement. Their miracle Stem Cell Exosomes treatment is little more than expensive snake oil. BEWARE!Review from Scott G

I saw their add in the Daytona newspaper and made an appointment to go over my knee problems. I had a telemedicine with a Dr. from the company which lasted 20 minutes with him explaining possible treatments and I was quite impressed, He then said he was going to look at my insurance. That was the first unusual issue since I had spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork and they took copies of my d/l and insurance, Federal B/C B/Shield and Medicare. He then stated the they only take Medicare, Great, but wait, only Medicare part B. When I made the appointment I told them my insurance and they physically saw my cards when I went to the office. Why wasn’t this brought up immediately and save everyone over an hour driving and then discussing procedures that would be Thousands out of pocket. Believe me other reviewers filed similar problems with not being cover with insurance but it too late, they already had a few visits.Review from Joseph N

I was told that the initial consultation was free and my cost for the exam was a $5.00 copay because it was covered by my supplement insurance. After the exam, I was told that I had to pay $189.00 because my insurance would not cover it because it was out of network. The appointment was for 8:30 a.m., I consultation was around 9:00 a.m., and lasted around 45 minutes. During the talk I was assured that I only had to pay my copay of $5.00. I even asked long before the appointment if my insurance was going to cover the charges, and I was told that it would. Ethos had all of my information and insurance information over 3 weeks before the appointment, why wasn't I told that they were out of my network long before the appointment? I really feel that I was scammed and I should receive a full refund.
