18 months old roof..lots of problems with this company, they laid my roof the first time improper, flat roof with no taper system, roof leak the same week after installation., Only reason they were fast to respond was because the job was not paid for yet, they came back , after a back and forth battle with Manny, he convinced me to let them throw a second layer of roof on top of the first one they laid down, he said that will be the best way and guaranteed no leaks, I was against it but I gave in wanted my house back together...it was fixed... roof leaked a few months later, took them 2 months to get out there and fix it again, they did a fair job fixing it, Around 4 months ago it started leaking again, gave them a call they came out in about a week they sent an inspector from their company he pointed out a lot of bad workmanship (rusted nails, loose shingles, no caulk thru vent pipes or electric pole, 2 roofs so water sips thru one and stays in-between until Seattle and drips out,etc) he fixed what he could and left, 4 days later start leaking again, they sent another inspector he looked at it and he also said bad workmanship,(also said rusted nails, loose shingles, water in between both layers etc) and he said 1st inspector used the wrong caulking. He saw where roof is jointed an exposed shingle where water was getting in thru. At that point I wanted to talk to someone, he got Manny on the phone, I told him I was unsatisfied for 18 month-old roof to have patches all over and regular caulk, he said he was going to set something up so he could come see the roof issues and discuss what we can do, this was over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from no one, I keep calling them and they keep forwarding my phone calls..I assumed the last inspector was going to fix the last issue he pointed out to me, but no, He left without fixing it and Manny assure me inspector would fix it or secure it before he left, I had to tarp the roof myself. And I'm Still wait on them
