A long, and long overdue 5-Star review, but worth the read. Keller Roofing in ************ came through for ** when my condo association was in a very bad spot after Hurricane ***. We had damage to our ridge caps and lost one shingle so we were in a much better position than thousands of our neighbors who had severe damage after ***. Keller was the ONLY company that even bothered to look our way with all the other work out there for roofing companies right after the storm. They gave us a quote for those repairs. Our story gets a bit more complicated from this pointWe had a report of a leak and our property management company had another roofer come out to tarp. That company (Kingdom Roofing in ******, **) decided to tarp 80% of our 4 year old roof instead of just the damaged areas. So, not only did we have hurricane damage, we now had a whole new issue with the hundreds of unnecessary nail holes caused by the carelessness and incompetence of another company. Another wrench in the gearsThe day before Thanksgiving 2022, our insurance company stated that we needed a last minute inspection certificate and photos of our repaired roof before we could bind a new policy by the following Monday. This meant that we needed to have repairs done ASAP. I had little hope of finding anyone for repairs in such a short timeframe, especially over a holiday weekend. I called Keller Roofing to see if there was any possible way they could help. I explained to ***** the predicament my COA was in. Keller was out bright and early Monday morning at 8AM to remove the tarp, fix the hurricane damage, AND fix the hundreds of nail holes the other roofing company made in our perfectly good roof. We got our inspection certificate and submitted it to our insurance company in time to bind our policy before the deadline. I cant thank Keller Roofing, and especially *****, enough for providing exceptional service to my condo association during a very stressful time.

Keller roofing is awesome! They came out diagnosed the issue and came out the next week and fixed all of the issues. They even helped my neighbor as well. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable!

Keller's staff were all professional and courteous. The roofers were prompt and completed the repairs quickly. Their office staff were also friendly, utilizing billing software that made the payment process easy.
