    I paid American Auto Transport a $300 deposit to deliver two cars for me. They committed to picking up my cars on May 23rd. They never showed up, never assigned me a driver, and when I tried calling them they ignored all my calls. I have asked for a refund of my deposit and they have agreed to it but still havent issued the refund. Its been a month. Now they ignore my calls when I try to follow up on my refund.

    On Tuesday, June 10th I initiated a conversation with ****** from American Auto Transport. I called for a quote to transport my car from my home in ** to ** and I was quoted a little over $1370, she then said she could leave the price at $1300. I told her I needed time to think about making a commitment. Finally, on Wednesday, June 11th at 1`1pm I committed to the the price and the next day on Thursday, June 12th ****** emailed me a contract. I filled out the electronic contract and I provided my credit card number to be billed what I thought would be a $250 deposit. The rest of the money was to be paid in cash, Zelle, Venmo or Cashier check to the driver upon pick up. On Thursday, June 12 in the morning ****** and her assistant ******** called me and they billed me $200 for the deposit and said a driver would call me the morning of Friday, June 13th with a pick up time for my vehicle and an expected delivery of the vehicle in ***** on Tuesday. Come Friday, I answered EVERY unknown phone call to my phone and the driver never called. I called my credit card to report the transaction as services not received, but **** said the transaction is pending and I need to wait for it to clear before I can dispute it. I expect this company to refund my card for failure to provide services.

    This company is harassing me! I continue to tell them Ive already found a transport for my vehicle to stop emailing and they refuse to! I called this # ************ and asked pls stop and get told by a guy on the other end NO! And he hangs up on me!!! I call again to get a the * you want?! Very unprofessional!!!!

    I contracted with this Business, five for transport of my car from *******, ***** to ********* *******. I have confirmed that pick up of my vehicle was completed successfully. Since that time I have sent multiple emails, text messaged, called and left voicemails and I had absolutely no response from this company and at this time I have no idea where my vehicle or my belongings are. Despite attempting to contact multiple people not a single one has updated me and the phone number they have on the top of their invoice is a message received of a not in service number. I want to know where my vehicle is and to receive a direct apology for their sheer lack of professionalism and the burden and stress thatthey have put up upon me and my family. I am requesting a partial refund due to the stress and the hardship that they have added over the five days of not updating me or responding to my messages.

    On March 6, 2025 I spoke with ***** Stems about transporting my son's 2020 ***** Blazer from ********* ******** to Joint Base ***** ******* in ****** **********. I Zelled ****** ****** for the pick up in *********, Md. The quoted price for pick up and delivery was *******. My son, who is in the army would pay the balance of ******* at delivery. ***** provided me a contract via my email address and stated that he would contact me when he finds a driver. On March 7, 2025 I contacted ****** to cancel the pick up and delivery because my son was informed by his ******* that he would be transferring to **** within 2 weeks. I immediately contacted ***** to cancel my pick up and delivery and requested a refund of my ******. ***** texted me and said he would work on it. On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, I contacted ****** again regarding my refund he texted me back stating that "We are still working on it'. I called and texted ****** again on March 15, 2025 about the matter and he responded by text "Hi". My son is an active duty soldier who is serving his country honorably and I am very disappointed with how this company is treating a member of the military. I would be inclined to understand if ****** had already sent someone to my home to pick up the car and I refused pick up but that is not the case. It was less than 24 hours after placing the order that received word on his deployment. I explained to ****** that he would transferred for up to six months or more and there is no one in ****** WA to receive the car and make payment. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency regarding this matter.

    on 11/13/2024 , I entered a contract with american auto transport to a vehicle. the cost was ******** dollars. they shipped auto vehicle from copart ***** U.S. Arcadia ******* to **********************************************************************. But on the day for the vehicle to arrive the call me and told me that could not off load the vehicle at the original destination. And that I needed to pay to have it off loaded at a copart in the area near my location. at that time I told them that was not in the contract and they insisted that if I did not comply they will keep the vehicle and lien sale it. So i had to pay extra to get it off loaded and get a transport trailer to tow it to my location. i tried calling to resolve this dispute but they never called me back.

    I contracted with American auto transport *************************************** to ship a vehicle from ********* AZ to *********. Upon charging my card for the initial deposit to start transport the company stopped providing updates. Pickup was scheduled for 9/5/24 and I am filling this complaint on 9/15/24 after unsuccessfully attempting to resolve this with their customer service department. I do not want my money back if they are willing to ship the vehicle as they agreed. I just want my truck.

    I received spam of both text messages and phone calls from this company. I have replied saying I am no longer interested and to remove my number. To this day I am still receiving calls from them daily.

    I have been receiving calls and texts for over a week now for a vehicle transport that I did not request. I have spoken with numerous people at this company and requested that my number be removed. They hang up on me and keep calling and texting. Very unprofessional!

    I hired American Auto Transport Groupe to ship a vehicle from ********* to *****. I paid them a deposit and the vehicle was to be picked up on 10/6/2023. They called on 10/6/2023 and stated the driver would pick up on 10/7/2023. That wasnt a problem. They called back on 10/6/2023 and stated the driver was there and couldnt find the car. The car was in the front yard right by the road. I told them that. They then called back and said the driver was picking up on 10/7/2023. At this point I began to question what was going on and the person on the phone became very hostile and ended up screaming and hanging up the phone.
