    Purchased a vehicle on 8/27/2022. The vehicle that i purchased had oil pressure/oil pump issues the very first day. I contacted Synergy Auto Deals the very next day through email regarding the issues that car is having. I never received an email back so i proceeded to call them explaining the what was going on with the car. The sales GM ***** reminded me of the warranty that i purchased when i bought the vehicle and said i had to drive a ***** miles and wait 15 days for the warranty to start up so i could file a claim for repair. The 15 days go by and i ended up taking my car to a ********** Dealership and the head mechanic suggested that i take the car back to where i purchased it and tell them they need to fix it or handle it a different way. I proceeded to take the car to Synergy Auto Deals and drop it off. They said to me that they will take care of the repairs and i will get my car back. This was over 3 weeks ago and i have not received my car back because it is still sitting in their shop waiting on the warranty company to "approve" the work so it can be repaired. It really seems like i am just getting the run around every time i call Synergy Auto Deals to get an update on my car and ask what is taking so long. The place has a serious lack of communication not only amongst themselves but also with the customer and it's very unprofessional and not the proper way to run a business.
