    We werent ready on moving day and we were stressed. The team came in and assured us everything was going to get done that day and they did. Kind, courteous, and professional. They started at 9am and didnt leave until 12am. It was a perfect experience.

    NEVER hire Solomon & Sons Relocation Services, Inc. I am a disabled senior, and this move caused lasting emotional and financial hardship. My key issues are: Unexplained additional costs. In fact, when the movers arrived, I was told this is going to cost you A LOT more money. In addition, they left my residence without taking the remainder of the few small items I had. They said they could not take any more items and that they had to go. Upon delivery, I found that I had missing items. Damaged property. Improper packing and unprofessional and Negligent Conduct. And by the way, If I could have left no stars, I would have.

    Absolutely horrific experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM! There price may be responsible but that because half of your belongs will be broken when they arrive! This is the best part and I am quoting right from what they texted me directly, "Solomon and Sons Relocation Services is not liable or negligent for any damage to the interior or exterior residence, including, but not limited to, walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, banisters, carpets, plumbing, doorways, driveways, walkways, landscaping, ect."! They tried to park their 18 ******* in our driveway and bottomed out on an embankment. The movers (they only sent two for an entire house relocation) without or knowledge or permission went into our garage and took shovels and tools and began to cut into the tree roots and dig themselves out causing $2,250.00 worth of landscaping damage. Not to mention the city had to send two police officers to direct traffic since it was at a standstill due to the truck being stuck half in the road. Since we have contacted them on multiple locations to only be told very rudely that there is nothing they can do. They are dishonest, unprofessional and dangerous. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY WILL COST YOU MUCH MORE IN THE LONG RUN!

    Ms. *********, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Solomon & Sons Relocation Services, we take all feedback seriously and strive to maintain a high standard of service.

    To clarify, at the time of delivery, our crew determined that your residence could be accessed without the need for a shuttle truck. Although a shuttle is typically required in such scenarios and would have added $694 to your cost, we chose not to charge you in an effort to reduce your expenses.

    Regarding your property concerns, your signed agreement includes the following standard industry clause:
    Consumer shipper waives all claims, and Solomon & Sons Relocation Services is not liable or negligent for any damage to the interior or exterior of any residence, including, but not limited to, walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, banisters, carpets, plumbing, doorways, driveways, walkways, landscaping, etc.

    This clause exists to protect both parties in situations beyond our control, such as parking limitations or terrain challenges.

    Our manager has also emailed you instructions for filing a claim for any damages to your household goods. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our teams conduct, we do understand your frustration and hope this response brings some clarity.

    Poor customer **********************. Picked our furniture and boxes up 06/16/2025 arrived a week later 06/23/2025 but the problem was 2 boxes were missing. Called everyday for a week but you can only talk to ******* and he was always at lunch. Called the 3rd day and asked for a supervisor and talked to **** who would call me back and never did. Called the 4th day and was told there is no supervisor by the name of ****. Talked to a Manager who was very rude and would not let me talk. She talked down to me and over me instead of listening to what I had to say. 5th day and no boxes and no phone call back about the status. $3000 to move with poor customer ********************** if there is a problem. We will not use this company again with the customer ********************** staff that state false names and could care less about the customers. I have given exact dates so please feel free to pull the phone recordings.

    To clarify, our customer ********************** representatives do not provide false or alternate names. It's possible there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding the name you were given, and we regret any confusion this may have caused.

    We also want to confirm that you were emailed instructions for filing a claim regarding your missing boxes. In the meantime, our team is actively working to locate the missing box(es) and will continue to follow up with you directly as we investigate further.
    We are sorry if you felt dismissed or not listened to during your calls. That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing the interactions internally to ensure proper handling and professionalism at all times.

    They low balled the estimate to get the job and on the actual moving day they charged hundreds upon hundreds more because they lacked the cubic space and ran out of packing supplies. There were items listed on the estimate that were completely ignored and not packed (hall closet items, all items in drawers and cabinets in both bathrooms as well as the rugs, an item above the kitchen cabinet, kitchen rugs, a random picture on the wall). At that point we had to either pay or stuff it into a small ****** Altima. When questioned about the missed items, there was an attitude displayed by the two moving men. And, of course they know nothing about discarding the furnishings and refused to do it or even call to inquire about it. I phoned ***** ****** who was supposed to be my direct contact. I was told he was at lunch. The Customer ********************** **** ****** told me she would call me right back and/or have him call me. That never happened. Later that evening I phoned again and was told ***** was out for the rest of the week. Our moving day was a Wednesday. So, in summary they will low ball the estimate to get the job, charge more on moving day because now you are cornered and trying to get moved and they will dodge you after that. The only positive experience was ******** who I spoke with later that evening who apologized for my experience and assured me the delivery would go smoothly. The actual delivery did go smoothly and according to my sister who was there when they made the delivery, their attitude was completely different. The driver, Yourdenis asked my sister where he could send the link for the survey and she told him to send it to me since I arranged everything. I told her I never received it. She followed up with him twice and he never answered her text. Besides ********, the most unprofessional people I have ever done business with.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ********* review and are genuinely surprised by her comments, especially given that a manager spoke with her directly prior to this posting. During that conversation, it was our understanding that her concerns had been addressed and resolved. We sincerely apologize if she still feels dissatisfied.

    Ms. ******** received a detailed estimate based on the inventory provided during booking. On move day, there were several additional items not previously listed such as items from closets, drawers, and other storage areas which required more materials and space. While the rate remained consistent, the final cost reflected the actual volume moved. The increase was not as substantial as described, and we were fully prepared to honor the original estimate had those extra items not been included.

    We understand that moving is stressful, and it is not uncommon for customers to unintentionally omit items during the estimate process. For that reason, we always allow the customer to decide whether to proceed with the additional volume or keep to the original scope.

    It is also important to note that Ms. ******** tipped the crew and expressed appreciation for their service at both pickup and delivery. Her sister confirmed the delivery went smoothly, and our driver even attempted to send the survey link. These gestures indicate a far more positive experience than this review reflects.

    Finally, regarding communication, our team made every effort to assist. ***** was unavailable when Ms. ******** called, but ****** and later ******** stepped in to help. We are glad ******** was able to provide support and that delivery was successful.

    We stand by the professionalism and transparency of our team throughout this move and regret that Ms. ******** feels otherwise.

    I would give zero star if I could. To start, they gave a quote (which was already higher than others) and after they load all the furnitures in the truck, the driver asked for almost twice the quote. I had to call them and eventually they agreed to honor their quote. I don't know because of this or not, but we received our items in the worst condition possible (almost all of our major items had a broken part). They also lost two items. I contacted the driver less than an hour after delivery to inform him of missing items but I got no respnse. The only reason I chose them as because they claimed they are the best when it comes to quality. Big lie....I used another company last year to go the same path (from ******* to *****, instead of this move from ***** to **) and we had zero damages.

    We also emailed you claim filing instructions and attempted to contact you again to confirm what items were missing, but we have not received a response.

    While we were glad to honor your original quote, we understand your concerns and remain available to assist you through the claim process.

    We chose this company based on glowing reviews and assurances of a seamless move. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but.Our move was scheduled for 8 AM on a Monday. However, the movers repeatedly delayed, claiming they were finishing up another job. Despite multiple inquiries over the next few days, we received the same vague responses. They finally arrived at 1 PM on Wednesday, over 48 hours late.Upon arrival, they spent an additional 2.5 hours processing paperwork, leaving us stranded in our apartment with no clear timeline. By 3 PM, they began wrapping our belongings. The loading dock for our building closed at 6 PM, so we requested the movers prioritize larger items to allow the dock officer to close on time. At 11:30 PM, after 10.5 hours of moving, the largest items remained untouched. The dock officer had no choice but to close, leaving our belongings scattered across the complex.Throughout the process, our items were left in public areas, including hallways and elevators, for extended periods. Around midnight, the movers appeared exhausted and began mishandling our possessions. In an attempt to alleviate the situation, we provided them with two large pizzas, but this did little to improve the ************* make matters worse, the final bill was $2,000 more than the original estimate. We had to take multiple days off work due to the unpredictable schedule and extended moving hours. When we contacted the main office to discuss the delays, they seemed unaware of the situation, indicating a lack of communication between the office and the moving team.Despite numerous attempts to reach customer **********************, we've received no response. We are left questioning the discrepancy between the company's stellar online reviews and our disastrous experience.We hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering this company. Our move was not only stressful but also financially burdensome.

    Ms. *******, we sincerely apologize for the delay and the frustration it caused during such an important and stressful time. We understand how upsetting it must have been to wait for your relocation to begin, especially with the impact it had on your time and schedule.

    While we were not initially aware that additional items would be included at pickup something that extended the timeframe further, we absolutely understand that is not your burden to bear. A manager did speak with you directly and, as a gesture of goodwill, provided a $150 discount due to the delay. We also prioritized completing your delivery right away once loading was complete.

    We never want any customer to feel disappointed or unheard. We are truly sorry this experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve.,
