      On July 13, 2024, I ordered a trial offer for Avinol PM sleep aid. I looked over all documents prior to ordering to be sure I was not getting locked into a scam or continuous charges. I didn't find any, so I placed the order. The cost was to be $5.95 for a small supply to try and if it worked, I could order additional supply. I never placed an additional order and on July 31, 2024, My credit card was billed an additional $79.95. I called the company on Aug. 16, **************************************************************** I signed up for a trial leading up to additional orders and continual delivery and charges at full price. I read all documents and did not see anything regarding a continual subscription. The customer service *** said there was nothing he could do except cancel future orders. I did just that and they did follow up with an E-mail stating the cancelled order. He did say that I should,ve read all documentation as their procedure was clearly stated. It was not, at least that I found. I would like a refund in the amount of $79.95.

      Customer ordered a product through a two week trial which advises that the customer will be charged after 2 weeks if they decide to keep the product. As a courtesy we have sent the customer an RMA email with the option to return the product back for a full refund.

      Followed a link to order Avinol PM for a free trial and only pay for shipping. Product took a week to arrive. I was charged $79.95 20 days after ordering and was told it was because I didn't call to cancel within 15 days (trial was for 30 days). I was never notified that this was required. I just received a confirmation email for the order charging the $5.95.for shipping. They will not refund the $79.95.

      I researched popular sleep aids on line. I was directed to Dynamic Distributors M.U., **** I thought i was purchasing a one time purchase of a sleep aid. They apparently have language which signs the customer for continuing charges that are 2x what the product can be purchased from other providers not to mention that it becomes a monthly charge on the credit card. They are capitalizing on Sr. ******** given they are the age class that typically has sleep issues. They are misleading about the monthly charge. Based on other complaints I have seen on the BBB I see that their approach is that the customers should have paid better attention. I reached out to the company based on the phone number which I did. In their voicemail recording they ask that for cancellations an email be sent to their ************************** which I have done now several times. I continue to see the charges on my credit card statement.

      I spoke with a representative from the company today.  They continued to charge me after my requests to stop.  They said they have terminated my orders and will consider reimbursement.

      I purchased a trial with ****** pm , they charged me a second time with out my knowledge. I contacted them back about sending the product back for a refund. They said they would contact me back via email. I received a email stating they are sorry and I didnt have to return the product that they would refund me 48$ and I replied and said yes And now they are not honoring it saying it was sent by mistake. Well I never received a follow up email stating it was a mistake so I responded and said yes thats fine. , I told them on the 4th I would accept that. Today is the 9th and I called because I didnt hear anything back and they said they are not honoring it bc it was sent by mistake. I never got a email saying that. Just the one stating I didnt have to mail the product and I would receive a refund of 48$

      Instead of the $79.99 the customer was given a special price of $39.95. Customer called to cancel and requested a full refund on January 3, 2023, an email was sent advising that the customer could return the product back for the full refund with the *** details or could keep the product with a partial refund of $48. That email was sent as an error as the customer was charged less than that. The customer states that he was never sent an email advising that it was an error but the attachment shows proof that it was sent. Cust also has used racial slurs and used very foul language both over the phone and in emails.

       

      Customer was advised to return the product for the full refund and declined insisting that he could get the refund without having to return the product.
