The room's floor was covered with water and had puddles and they said the ac had to be below 68 to not have condensation. We got up in morning and everything was soaked.We were there 3/5 and checked out 3/6. A ***** from there tried to call at 11:30 last night and said she would give me 10% off if that would resolve this. I don't feel that is satisfactory I feel that room is a health danger and slipping is inevitable.Initial Complaint

On Monday, August 14, 2023, I checked into Motel 6, ****************, **, with a reservation for a regular king *** room. While checking in, I inquired if the room had a microwave and refrigerator. The manager, ****, said it did not. When I asked if there were any available, **** told me to come to the front desk at 6:30 am the next morning when he would check if any were coming available. If so, he would hold one for me, have it cleaned, so that at checkout time, 11:00 am, I could move into a room with those amenities. I paid for my reservation in cash but was requested a higher amount than my reservation was for. I went to the desk the next morning to find the manager wasn't there. I came down again, around 9:00 am, and was told I could move into the room then. The morning of Thursday, August 17, while returning from breakfast with my boyfriend, **** summoned us over to the front desk. He told my boyfriend he was not welcome, I could stay, but my boyfriend had to leave. We had done nothing. I left with my boyfriend and they cancelled my reservation. Because of the mental distress and anxiety suffered as a result of this marketplace customer service transaction, I am seeking a refund for the three days I stayed at this public accommodation.Initial Complaint

Today I pull into Motel 6 look which I needed a card to access to get into the parking lot. After going through the gate with my original card I parked leaving my parking pass which was giving day prior. I walk inside which I saw two individuals an White caucasian and Blk male at the counter I walk over and ask can I get a copy of my key since I had it near the phone it longer will work according to the previous worker telling me when I replace it the day before. At the time I told this to the manager which *** now learn her name is ******** ?and she asked what room was I in I told her 502 then she ask for my name which I gave then she claim to have to verify me???? so I said what do you need my stuff is in the room she ask can I just verify the phone number which I gave she ask to repeat so I did as I look down to finish typing she tells me I need to look at her giving the number which I had to remind her Im An adult what does me texting have to do with anything?!! She then whisper to the other employee to ask which is now the 3rd time I once again gave the number but they made it an issue, claiming I can be looking at the phone number. So I ask can I just get my key and go the manager ***** now wanted more verification so she ask for an address so at this point Im confused because I never gave them nor any hotel my physical address so I address what address she tells me when we copied your id we had wait so you have a copy of my id but cant verify me? So I gave her and the the guy the address which they both claim they didnt hear me so I repeated once again still not enough and at this point Im not in my room she then proceeds to ask for my email which at this point its getting ridiculous so I ask why am I been ask several question personal at that they tell me they didnt see me check in so Im other words you taking me through this c*** because u have in your head Im lying and profile me I pull out my camera and begin recording which ***** saw
