AAA roofing just put a new roof on they did a nice job,but they did not protect my above ground pool 12x24 oval,they put a hole in the liner,i had to buy a new liner and pay to install,it coct 1120 they would accept that they did the damage,i also paid the owner not the company it sounds a little shady if you ask me ,they said i could save 100 dollars if i write the check to him not the company,i just wanted them to pay for my liner,thank you ****

Do not pay in advance. Does not honor the contract, takes your money, and doesn't complete your job. Do not recommend. Workers damage your property and AAA does not take care of the damage.

Wanted estimate for replacing roof and repair damages. Had already been up on the roof myself to see what it looked like and there was no damage. Representative from AAA Roofing pushed for the name of insurance company before looking at roof. After inspection he said there was wind damage to the shingles and the insurance company would probably pay for the replacement. Really pushy about checking house Insurance policy for wind damage coverage. He added that when we had a date for the inspection, they would come out and enhance the damage and "stage the crime scene". Wouldn't trust these people to put a roof on a bird house.

I was thinking of going solar and knew I would need a new roof. Mine was 18 years old. I called AAA Roofing. Isaac came on 6/13/22 and identified Hail damage from a storm on 6/6/22. AAA filed a claim on my behalf with my insurance company. Isaac handled all the details. Mike ******
did the estimate. My insurance company approved the claim on 7/12/22 and provided a partial payment. On Aug. 17th, 2022 I paid the deductible to AAA Roofing. In September my homeowners association approved the project. On Oct. 24th, 2022 the county approved the project. The reroof is scheduled to begin Nov. 8th, 2022. I have no complaints but the project has not yet begun.

Frist let me address the part about the warranty:I have spoke to *** and this is there responce in reguards to TRANSFER WITHIN 60 days. Frist thing I found out was that my roof was never registered!! SO YOU CANT TRANSFER A WARRANTY THAT WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ***. AS PER LAST CALL MADE ON to them on 03-02-2022 This as I am told is to be done my the CONTRACTOR after they completed there work not by the home owner. *** will not cover work that allegely poor workmanship! They only cover there product if found defective. They wil advise you to call inspection They will supply name and number as this site wont let me if you read AAA contract you will not find the 60 day transfer of warranty. Or at least NOT ON MINE PLEASE NOTE that AAA has been trying to repair the problem with this roof with in the frist few months of installation which was in 2015. They have used a lot of excuses to get around doing repairs. This is now 2022 I will say that they came out on 03-04-22 and the worker was here from approx 8am untill just after 11 am removing a lot of shingles and stated that ex employee Mike didnt know what he was doing when he worked on this roof ,This compay also has known from the start way back in 2015 that there was ceiling damage,Problem was seen and was told that it would be repaired this was in 2020 Well this is still not done there is a lg crack over my fire place that runs the length of my ceiling one side to the other, There is also a very lg stain from where the roof leaked on the other side of my fire place All of which was noted by contractior who has been here on more than one trip. Also pictures were taken. Small repair was done but did not work celing still leaked after many emails repairs were done on {03-04-22} They now refuse to make inside repairs, Warranty is now being brought up again . stating 60 day transfer,PLEASE REREAD LINE TWO !!!!!!

Isaac on Nov 10 2021 inspect ed our Roof which took approximately one hour. He was very through, in explaining The results of his inspect ion which Included multiple video pictures.

they tell you when they would be there and don't show roof was replaced in a day,then month and a half to finish hooking up the vents in attic never covered the plants,nails all over the place,no one spook english put ladders on gutters which bent and rubbed paint off, not fixed yet charge four grand more than anyone else,have you sign a contract at time of inspection if you do use this bunch get a third party to inspect their work, wish I never heard of these guys

Isaac arrived and inspected our roof in anticipation of installing a solar tube. He informed us that we had hail and wind damage to the roof and showed us pictures of the damage. We proceeded to file claim with insurance company to replace the roof and install the solar tubes. He was very courteous, professional and informative. I will re-review after the work is done.
