      Vehicle wasn't picked up on contract date (1/1/24 to be delivered 1/8/24). I tried to **************** Inc.(the carrier) on 1/1/24. There was no answer & the mailbox was full. I contacted **** at Secure Auto on 1/1/24. He didn't have any luck getting in touch with them either. After calling **** many times on 1/2, he finally said that the carrier could do the pick up on 1/5/24 & deliver 1/14/24 which was too late. Secure Auto's accounting ***** has not return any of my calls for the deposit refund. **** said that I broke the contract when in fact it was the carrier. Will never consider using Secure Auto

      I called Secure Auto Shipping to transport my car from ************ to *******. I spoke to ****** and ask him if it will cost extra to but my belongings in my car. He told me yes I can and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. The total was approximately ***** dollars. I let him know that my friend would be giving the keys to the driver as I was moving to ******* and will not be there. I signed the contract and once they found a driver, I would have to pay them 270, which I did. They called me to tell me the driver broke down and if it was ok to look for a new one, I said yes. Several days went by and they were not picking up the phone. They either let it get sent to voicemail or have me wait on hold for 40 minutes then hang up. I asked my mom to call since she has a different number and they picked up. Once they realized it was for my car, they did not pick up or they had her wait on hold for a long time then hung up. Once the driver came to get my car, he told my friend that he would have to take out all of my belongings out of my car. My friend called me and told me. Now, I have to throw away all of the belongings in my car which cost thousands of dollars. I called them, they said they never said that and I told them they did. I told them to bring up the recordings because they record every conversation. They said they would call me back but never did. Because they told me yes I can pack my car, I did, now my friend has to throw out all my things because I don't have access to a storage unit or any place to put them.

      Secure Auto Shipping is a Scam!!!!!! Beware, this company is trash. ************************* and thier Dispatcher ***** are scam artists. They were supposed to pick my vehicle up on Thursday June 30 and then changed the date to Friday July 1st but not before asking if they can do it July 5th. I said no. They found a driver for July 1st. I paid my deposit of $115.00 out of the $395 total. Then the driver Texted me and canceled. Called ***** back and said he was going to give the driver a negative review and I was to give him a chance to find another driver. But he never called me back. so after calling him back, he said he still haven't found a driver yet. Asked if I could get my money back and ***** said yes and he would expedite my refund. Said it would be 3 to 5 business days. After waiting a week for the refund, called back and he said he haven't heard anything regarding my refund. Gave it a few more days before I called back and was told my refund wasn't coming because I canceled the tow, even though that wasn't true. Have been playing phone tag with this company and thier accounting department to no avail. Now they are not acceoting my phone calls at all. The number is saying it is out of my calling area every time I make a selection. #3 for customer service and #4 for Accounting. Would like my money back, since I did not receive the service that was purchased.

      I signed a contract (order number *******) with secureautoshipping.com on 5/25/2022 with the agent promised me to ship my vehicle from ****** ** to *********** ** for the price of $350 by 5/27/2022. I paid a deposit of $100 upon signing. The agent found one driver who changed his mind in an hour. The agent from secureautoshipping.com named ***************** told me he would find another driver in time. But he never could find another driver and costed me $75 for storage of the vehicle on the weekend of memorial day. After 5/27, I could not wait anymore and assigned the job to another company. When I called to ask for my deposit back, the agent at secureautoshipping.com said they found me a driver and refuse to return the deposit. I tried to reach *****************, he did not reply message, call or email, but he obviously lied about the situation. I have all the exchanged emails and messages. The company is on his side. So I am reaching out to you for a solution and get my deposit back.

      On Jan. 25, 2022, ******** ******** LLC delivered order #*******, which was dispatched via contract by Secure Auto Shipping. According to the contract, Secure Auto Shipping was to pay ******** Transport $1000 within 10 days of receiving a signed **** of lading after delivery. The invoice and signed **** of lading was first emailed on Jan. 26, 2022 and emailed many times again. It was confirmed to ******** Transport via phone that Secure Auto Shipping had received the invoice and proper paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to reach their accounting department over the last 3 months via emails, voicemails, their website, and their customer service and dispatch departments we have been hung up on once identifying ourselves, not received any response to voicemails, and no communication as to why we have not been paid. Attempts to reach a supervisor or manager were rebuffed multiple times with the dispatch department stating that no supervisor was available regardless of how often we have called at different times of day. We've been told the accounting department is out for multiple reasons despite multiple calls on different days and hours over the course of 3 months, and told to call back at specific times only for the accounting department to have left for the day. We have been kept waiting on hold for over an hour multiple times only to be asked to leave a voicemail to a department that does not return calls or hung up on purposefully. At this point, we can only conclude that they have no intention of fulfilling their contract and have done everything possible to avoid speaking to us. Despite every attempt to resolve the situation, Secure Auto Shipping has purposefully done everything they can to not pay us or communicate with us.

      On July 12th I was sent an email from ****** ****** at dispatch that they found a driver to pick up my car from Brooklyn N.Y and deliver to me in Union City G.A. I paid $250 reservation fee. I was told that they'll pick up 7/13 and I'll have it 7/14 with a 600 dollar reminder due at receipt of the car. I'm calling the driver to confirm a time and he's not picking up. The driver calls me on the 14th and says he had a death in the family he'll have my car to me on Friday the 16th. I said no good I need my car today. He said he can't do, I call back Secure shipping. I tell them their guy can't do it, told them how he ignored my phone call and he's telling me Friday. The couldn't get anyone else coming to me that could pick up my car. I asked for a refund. I spoke with ****, *****, ***** ******* Everyone said accounting handles it and they sent a ticket. I left messages, they blocked my number. I've been ignored for months. I just want my 250 back.       The nature of my problem borders on harassment. My girlfriend, Taylor Hartsock, contacted this company about three weeks ago and got a quote for how much it would cost to move her car from Virginia to Oregon (my residence). After consulting several other companies, she decided to scrap the idea altogether and lease a vehicle here in Oregon. Secure Auto Shipping continued to call her and text her about how they needed to contact her about her interest in the services the company provides despite numerous attempts at stopping such correspondence. What I want is for them to cease all communication with my girlfriend forthwith. What they are doing borders on harassment and I want their actions held accountable.
