Replaced A/C unit on 6/26/21 for the amount of $5467 Unit makes a loud noise after each cooling cycle. Vendor says it is normal but then recommended that I could continuously run the fan to cover up the noise or install a work-around switch. I don't want a work-around. I then discovered that the plumbing (drain pipe/copper tubing) was installed directly in front of the filter tray, making it almost impossible to install a new filter without damaging the filter. I also discovered that the unit they installed uses a hard-to-find filter size, requiring me to pay more to have filters custom made. I contacted the manufacturer who redirected me to the vendor and closed my customer complaint case. I am also working with Wells Fargo who financed the project to resolve the issue via their dispute process.Business response
