    Do not buy it, especially for PEMF with FIR therapy! Junk. We purchased the iMRS Prime Hybrid, and in less then 10 months the Exagon FIR mat material spited or cracked in one area due to FIR heat we believed was the caused (we used a high intensity settings for medical reasons). When we contacted the Swiss Bionic support and reported with pictures, we were told we scratched it, they never had this issue before and any leather upholster shop could glue the material. We contacted a local shop to repaid, but were told due to FIR under the material, it could not be repair. By that time, we had 2 more splits, in total 3, and we contacted again the support and paid to ship the Exagon FIR (infrared) mat to them to evaluate. After months of discussions with Swiss Bionic **** they return the mat since the mat is NOT fineable, and offer us a cover mat so that we do not see the cracks anymore. It costs a lot of money and the material they used with FIR if you are using high intensity settings destroys the Exagon FIR mat. They need to do more tests for FIR materials and improved before they sale at this cost. Waist of money, DO NOT BUY!

    I purchased my Swissbionic IMRS prime hybrid on 7/23/2021 for $6070.87, plus the Exagon brain on 8/13/2021 for $912.71, for a total of $6983.58. with a 3 year warranty. I am an injured 78 year old female that weighs 115Lb and I am the only one that uses this unit.I first started having issues on 1/17/2023, and contacted my *** that sold me the unit and talked to her on 1/19/2023. At that time ***** ****** helped me start a ticket for ***air of my unit. The Swiss bionics support protocol does not allow for a phone call, you must send emails one at a time. On 1/20/2023 I sent the photos and information to the tech ***** *********. After 9 emails, days later I was informed to send my mat, pad and spot in to be serviced in the *********** facility at my expense . ($121.01), which I did on 1/30/2023. I had no use of my unit from 1/17 thru 2/3/2023 - 20 days.Then a little over a year later it stopped working again and I opened another ticket #**** on 3/20/2024. After 18 emails and 20 days later, I was instructed to send the pad to *******..This time, after 23 emails, my IMRS was out of use from 3/20/2024 to 4/25/2024 for a total of 38 days. On 5/30/2024 my spot stopped working again! I started a new ticket #****. Many emails later, on 6/5/2024 I stated that my **** has not worked properly since March, and was instructed to send videos. Then, I was asked to send the unit back again. This time, after 38 emails, I was out of a working IMRS machine from May 30 to July 5, 2024 - a total of 37 days! All in all, my unit has not worked for a total of at least 75 days this year, and thats not the end! On 10/20/2024 I had to start a new ticket #****, and again had to send the mat, control unit, connector box and power cord in. I was also informed that I am now out of warranty and needed to start another ticket. The items were sent in on 10/28/2024 and I was told that I needed a new mat $1930.00 and a connector box $1607.00. This time, I have not had a unit for 23 days.

    I remember speaking to you over the phone. I appreciate the comments because it helps me understand why customers are unhappy and makes me critically think as to whether I am being fair to the customer. I understand your frustration but after reviewing your account history I cannot provide you with anymore free replacements. On 01.31.2023 we replaced an FIR mat and Spot. Then on 02.10.2023 we replaced your Pad. You opened ticket 8885 (not 8916) in March and for this ticket we replaced you Pad on 04.15.2024 and you Connector Box on 04.23.2024. In May 2024 you opened a ticket for your Spot and Control Unit, thus we replaced the Spot on 06.28.2024 and your Control Unit on 07.11.2024. Recently, on 10.20.2024 you opened ticket 9761 (not 9792) for your Control Unit, Connector Box, and Mat and we paid for the shipping. Her ***** *. did inform you that the mat was unrepairable and that the Connector Box was still usable. ***, the reasons we will not replace these items is because you are past your warranty and the last time you were having issues with these items, specifically connector box and mat, since the rest work fine, was back in early January/February of 2023 which is 1 year and 8 months, nearing two years. This is way past the warranty, which expired on 07.23.2024. Im sorry we cannot do more, but you have received free replacements for all of your pieces during your warranty. If you are interested in purchasing a replacement please feel free to contact us and we can provide you a refurbished one for discounted price. Thank you

    Swiss Bionics is a great company that offers a fantastic healing product to the world. We have 2 **** mats-one for us and one to loan out. My husband used the mat and spot on his arm everyday after the cast was removed from his arm. He had surgery to repair a torn ligament, a procedure which usually requires physical therapy to recover the use of The limb. But he did not need physical therapy-we credit the mat for his complete healing. We recommend all Swiss bionics products for the promotion of health and healing. Additionally, I have a friend who often comes to our house to lay on the **** mat to remove the swelling from her legs. Afterwards, shes always amazed how much easier it is to walk and go up and down the stairs.

    I have ********** and was at the end of my battle. Unlike some conditions that steal your life, I have a condition (CRPS) that is so horrific many take their own lives. After having the sensations of exploding fire, crushing bones, being stabbed and electrocuted, being unable to sleep (0-2 hours being the average), and much more, I was ready to die.When I found PEMF therapy, I started with another system (starts with a "B") and used it twice a week for 2.5 months until it burned the micro blood vessels in my fingertips.     I've been using the iMRS Prime Hybrid system for 1.5 years now with no problems. I used it for a year just for myself, but 2 months ago decided to open my own wellness business offering it as a therapy service. I've contacted the corporate office in ******* a few times and received responses within 24 hours every time. I've sold two units in the last two months and they were both shipped out within a week to my clients. My clients absolutely love them! My colleague and I have many positive and amazing testimonials. We've had clients with neuropathy who couldn't feel for their feet for years be able to move their toes and feel their feet after the first session using the iMRS Prime system. We've seen pain numbers drop significantly after just one use. Personally, the first time I used it I was amazed that my PMS cramps disappeared by about 95%, and as long as I hop on my full body mat as soon as my PMS starts, my cramp pains are significantly reduced to almost nothing.

    Product was not as promised. They didnt want to refund me so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won. Easy to work with when you are looking to buy but if you have a problem they refuse to help. Much better product options out there..

    Hello ***. I believe you had a buyers remorse more than anything else. You didn't fill out a support ticket to indicate anything was wrong with your unit and now you have received your funds back and also have possession of our unit. I think the one scamming here is you. Now, all the company can do is hope that you ship us our merchandise back, "the merchandise that you don't want but still have possession of," because if you do not SBS will have a double loss. Please ship back to our office ******************************************************.

    I wish I would have read these reviews prior to spending $7000. The monitor stopped working after 3 months. I submitted a ticket, emailed, and called with zero response. The vendor irms2000 was worthless as well just referring me back to Swiss Bionics. Awful company and completely unresponsive

    hello it doesnt work and when i send it back they told me that there was damage for 650 euros so i can say they are swindlers swissbionics The gauss they produce 3 gauss while others produce 50 gauss now i have a better one from itay ist level cryo

    I have had 2 PEMF ***** stop working. The first one was covered under warranty, however the replacement **** they sent me stopped working after 4 months of use. I asked if the new **** they sent was covered under warranty, they told me it was not which makes no sense to me, it was supposed to be a brand new ****. They told me I would have to buy a new **** in order for it to be covered under warranty.

    Hello ************** Although I understand your frustration I hope that you can understand our reasoning. You purchased your mat on 7.16.2020. All mats come with a 3 year warranty. You opened your ticket on 5.18.2022 and we replaced the mat under your then current warranty. You then recently opened another ticket on your replacement mat on 8.3.2023, fifteen months later at which point you are no longer under warranty. You received one free replacement while under the warranty. Once warranty expires we no longer replace any items. Im sorry that you are displeased with our policy. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a refurbished replacement mat, depending on stock, for a discounted price.
