Was directed to eDreams via Kayak.com as an option to save me $14 by going two, one-way trips rather than a round trip. eDreams does not disclose the airline agency upfront until after booking. Upon booking, I find it's Frontier, which I had flown before. My flight out was United and great. Have a wonderful time on my short trip. Get ready to check in to fly home and see that Frontier had my personal item (stow under the seat) but does not include include my "small bag" which I had assumed was the carry-on bag, as it was advertised on Kayak.com when I initially booked. I frantically reach out to eDreams to get this sorted out. No response. Two hours left before my flight, I have to bite the bullet and pay the exorbitant fee of $130 for two carry-on bags, immediately more than doubling the cost of my flight. Try not to worry and figure it'll be sorted out later. Can't just leave my luggage behind. Land to see an email from eDreams: "we're sorry. we're not liable. your loss." Not surprising as I imagine the fine print ******* them from everything. So my super cheap flight and saving a few bucks ended up costing me significantly. The big unknown factor of who you're flying should have been a red flag upfront. Will avoid this at all costs in the future. Proceed with caution is my recommendation for anyone out there.

eDream able to lock the ticket price as promised. However the check in experience is not good at all, as there are multiple change of booking ref, eventually i couldnt check in online (via the flight company apps), nor checking in at airport self check in kiosk.I need to complete the check in over the counter.

Nothing positive to say.Purchased ticket and paid extra for option to reschedule/cancel.Had to cancel due to urgent health issue and contacted customer support. Was told that I have to contact the airline directly as the cancellation request was within 24 hours of departure. Called the airline and was told they couldn't do anything for me - only t the ticket seller can resolve. Not sure whom to believe here.Net: I got screwed and lost my ticket without any option to get credit for future flights. Very nice.Stay away!!!!!!!

1 star only because no stars wasn't an option! Event I was attending got canceled, which was out of my control and E Nightmares did nothing to show any ounce of compassion, sympathy, or understanding. Wasn't able to cancel my flight and/or get a refund or credit for a future trip. Just lost all money for a flight I didn't need. Will never use E Nightmares again!

I am truly not a travel agent. I messed up and put *********************** which is middle name first. Apparently it cannot be fixed and we lost our first points we thought we were getting. Only 12 points but I was told I would have to book backwards middle name first, then first name if I wanted points. Why can't this just be fixed. I chose to not have to remember to reverse his name when booking a flight again.WHY DO YOU GET OFFERS TO HAVE MORE FOOT SPACE OR BAGGAGE STORAGE? Should it not be included to have this done?

my flight was reschedule and i was not notified. i request for refund. ****** told me money will be refunf to edreams LLC account before it can get to me. i m still waiting.

Everything went OK, except that I couldn't check in through a link on their webpage to the airline. The name of the airline was also hard to figure out.

Worst choice ever.. i was in ********* and still i end up paying in US Dollars. About cancellation there is zero help from e dreams. They ask us to go to airline website directly whereas airline says contact your agent or third party for refund. I have emailed e dreams but have not heard back yet. There is no contact information available on their website. You can only book theough them but there is no other information available on their site and phone app. They will send you many other emails to book hotels rental cars etc where they can rip you off but for any other help from there side they can't help you. Stay away from these scammers

Today was not a good day for my travel needs. My flight with Frontier was booked through edreams. Flight 1403 ATL - *** 4/28/2024. Never made it home to ***. The flight was delayed for 9-10 hours. I need a refund and Edreams directed me to Frontier since their site wasnt updating properly with the delayed information. Mind you, I paid my money with Edreams! I even mentioned that I have all of the updates from Frontier as proof as to why Im definitely due a refund and Edreams customer support was absolutely no help! Ill never book with either party ever again! Money wasted for nothing on a flight that had so many issues which had absolutely nothing to do with me. I never got home at 7:02am per original flight plans. Im now in a rental car driving home! Refund me my money!!
