Wow. I had an Elite free standing pergola installed just a few months ago. It arrived to my contractor, Central Aluminum, with the wrong parts and Elite took forever to send the correct pieces. Next, it was missing the 4 posts to hold it up and Elite made my contractor buy those separately. Who does this??? After it was finally installed months later, I notice it swaying back and forth in the wind. Elite would not stand behind their product! I even called the sales **** ******** myself. He could not have cared less. My contractor paid for knee braces and could only install those on two sides since the pergola lacked structural beams on the other two sides. In the recent tropical storm that hit ****** (winds ***** mph) the pergola bent over at all 4 posts and at least one of the support bolts busted. Its falling down! My pool contractor *************** had to secure the entire thing with cargo straps and 2x4s to keep it from falling down and potentially killing someone. What did Elite Aluminum do when my contractor phoned? *********************** up the phone on him. Elite doesnt even have engineering drawings for this product! Now the county is putting an N1 violation on my house because the Elite pergola poses a safety hazard and risk to life.Initial Complaint

Elite Aluminium ***** ********************* PK. ************* . Manager/VP **************************** tel # *********** In 2007 Elite Aluminum in ************* ******* install me a sunroom at my residence .Their Impact windows of which I have 24 sliding and two doors are of poor quality..The windows .de-laminate in a few yrs after installation. and the Impact glass breaks spontaneously ************ will not honor its lifetime warrantee on its products .Multiple emails with supporting documents as well as in-person complaints .The Manager ****************************** refuse to honor its Lifetime warrantee they gave me for its Elite **** sunroom.I have being asking their help in solving my problem since 2018 until recently .Most of the Impact glass they install are de-laminated now x 3 cracked . How can you help me resolve this problem with this company .
