DO NOT BOOK, USE THEM, OR WASTE YOUR TIME. I prepaid in full days before my daughters birthday 4/20. I was very specific with the day/time. They agreed via a "contract" and all was well. One day before event they called to state they are about to deliver the inflatable. I could not accept a random new day due to HOA rules. I told them to honor the *********** they agreed upon. ****** told me if he doesn't deliver when THEY want to they will charge me another delivery fee. Absolutely INSANE to say that.and then the "owner" proceeds to call me who is completely blatantly rude - with the exception of (*****/******) sp? she is the ONLY one with professionalism in that office. The "owner" whose probably just a guy who LLC'ed himself in ************************************************************************************** because their storage is far away. WHY BOOK FOLKS NOT IN YOUR AREA OF SERVICE? OR how dare you state you will cancel peoples bookings the *** BEFORE. I actually did forfeit since they breeched the contract and disputed my bank charge BUT I can spare the amounts unlike so many others. I managed to find someone else who has brain cells. THIS LITTLE COMPANY IS A JOKE. Please also go to sunbiz, LLC activity log, and ** ***** of business regulations if you were aggrieved by these joke worthy folks. I now have a pending false advertisement/breech case open incident against this place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unprofessional, sloppy, and untrustworthy. I had a TERRIBLE experience! I hired Florida Tents & Events for tables, chairs, tents etc. for a wedding. I spent close to $5,000.00 with them. The initial encounter was great, they were responsive, and friendly but as the day of the event occurred all of that changed! They showed up late to setup everything, and top of that they brought the wrong size tent which delayed the setup of the wedding décor. When I expressed my frustrations to the owner, he threatened to cancel my order, the day before the wedding! The tent was dirty, & was not installed securely in the ground, they left the chandeliers on my lawn & never installed it, (so my family had to figure how to install it) a table was broken and never replaced, they left extra poles in my yard and left without taking it with them after their delivery, they never provided gutters to the tent (which they said they would in the initial agreement) and rain ended up coming through the tent, the dancefloor was not installed correctly. When I tried to reach out to the owner to get some money back to make up for the issues they caused, he agreed to give me back $1,000.00 via my original form of payment (credit card), it has been over 1 month and I have not gotten my refund. Now they all have gone radio silent and will not answer or return my emails or calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We prepaid for our party and ordered 4 inflatables, tent, tables, chairs, 3 concession with staff, etc. It cost $9000.00 and nothing was setup at all and they arrived at 2pm and my party started at 5 pm. Nothing was unloaded until 830pm but 1 inflatables and it deflated. No tent was available or chairs to sit for me or my guest to sit on. It was so horrible. My catering service had to serve on my front porch. It was awful. I have been calling for a refund and was promised one in 7 day. No refund came and my calls are ignored.

BEWARE TAKING A CHECK FROM THIS COMPANY!! Our restaurant provided food for an event that Florida Tents & Events was planning for another business. They wrote us a bad check for food totaling over $7,000. We have tried to contact them to settle the bad check and have gotten the run around. They stated that they would provide a credit card but did not. Then stated that they would send a certified check and send the tracking information but did not.
