Date of Transaction - 5/18/2021 Was on EBAY looking at classic cars. Put my phone down and when I did somehow the button clicked for me to purchase a classic car. The company immediately put a $500 hold on my credit card. Within 5 minutes - I hit the cancel button. They emailed me back asking if this was a mistake - I apologized and said yes it was a mistake that the button had been hit accidentally and that I was not interested in the car and wanted to cancel the transaction. I followed up with an email CANCELLING the transaction - and they are refusing the cancellation.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/05/20) */ It is not possible to send money through e-bay without going through certain steps. We believe this is some sort of scam to get in to our paypal account. We will gladly issue Mr. ******* a refund after he withdraws this complaint We have tried contacting Mr. ******* but he does not respond to e-mail or phone calls. Please inform him to withdraw the complaint and a paypal refund will be issued. Thank you
