We paid $972.00 on -1/182021 to have our Timeshare sold. I have called Shawn K. a couple times since then to get an update since we didn't get a single call. He helped us with the pricing and resetting the pricing twice. Now, I can't get an answer by phone from the company.Business response

Gentlemen; I entered an agreement with you on 06/10/2019 to sell my time share property. Since you have not been able to sell it, I am requesting that you refund me the $998 that I paid.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/16) */ RTI has attempted to reach Mr. **** several times and have left voicemails trying to resolve this complaint. As of today those calls have not yet been returned. He can contact us anytime 866-603-4066 Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/08/27) */ I never received any calls from RTI. I called RTI at the number given by you. I spoke to Will G. and he said that they are out of business and could not refund my money. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/09/17) */ Do to the pandemic, RTI is no longer accepting new clients and hasn't for over a year and half. RTI is still servicing our current clients. Dear BBB, RTI Inc charged me 500 dollars to assist me with selling my timeshare unit and the transaction was to no avail without any information updates from RTI at all after taking my payment. I wasn't given any advertisement information concerning my timeshare, nor any updates concerning the sale of my unit. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the company and get updates concerning this financial transaction, but there is always no answer or leave a message, but no response from RTI. I now believe , after reading all of the other complaints listed concerning this company, I am another victim of a possible scam / fraudulent advertisement and I would appreciate assistance from the BBB. with getting RTI to either sell my timeshare as promised, or get my money back from the initial transaction. I look forward to your reply concerning this complaint so I can know how to proceed concerning this unfortunate situation. Sincerely, ***** * *****Business response
