I had my vehicle in for services and recall on Friday May 26 on Service Tag # ****/Invoice # **********. I was told I needed new rear brakes. I was told my brakes were at 2 and they need to be replaced now at $600. My rear brakes only had 28,000 miles on them. The Service Advisor told me they would not be able to let me leave with the car. I told them I needed to take car to Tires Plus for warranty replacement. Tires Plus examined, told and showed me that my brakes were fine. The groove/wear indicator had plenty of depth in it. This is no way to treat a customer that not only purchased the vehicle from this dealership but has had a lot of service done here too. I also have a policy in which I receive a voucher every quarter for services at this dealership. I don't think I will have my vehicle serviced there again.Review from TMH H

I leased my jeep going on 4 months ago with a contract stating they would put $4700 in my pocket once paperwork went through. It's going on 4 months and still have not received this check. I'm not getting any explanations except "I'm sorry I'll look into that for you." I'm very upset and not impressed with the way the staff is dealing with this issue. I have been shopping for a new Hyundai palisade all over the place. Thought I had settled on one from GA bc my business is I Ga. the sales person from this dealer called me, and new that we were 6 hours away, the sakes rep made sure I knew that right off the bat. She told me the price of the vehicle, explained that they don't do dealer installed options, so I agreed to take this vehicle when it comes in and place a deposit down on the vehicle. Not 30 seconds after I called the other dealer to say I had found one somewhere else, the sales person calls me to tell me they won't sell me the vehicle bc my business is in GA!! What dealership on earth cares what state your in if you're coming to buy a car?!?!? This is a horrible way to do business and really screwed us on our purchase! Especially when we buy vehicles so often for our business! Our store manager is from Florida and recommended this dealer to us! But this is true discrimination! "I won't sell the vehicle to you bc you don't live in Florida" what a joke. Horrible place to do business with not to mention the sales person says "we've had so many out of state deals lately we want to save some cars for local people" so they do out of state deals but I guess they get to pick snd choose who they allow and who they don't.Review from Mark M

A truly awful experience having my car repairs and maintenance services done by the Fitzgerald Subaru Service Department. The original repair for a clunking noise in the suspension is still not fixed but they have billed me thousands of dollars. I left my car there for weeks at a time on two occasions for them to fix the suspension noise. Each time I picked my car up, while they had it in their care to work on it, they have broken things on my car and did not say a word about it-only chance had it that I looked my car over and took pictures before and after dropping it off. But even worse was when they broke my radiator performing a routine radiator flush and the service advisor LIED to my face and told me I had a radiator leak and he could get a new one at a cost to ME for an additional $800 plus. In my opinion they attempted fraud by lying to me and telling me that I needed to buy a new radiator to replace the one the tech broke! I am still waiting to get my latest repair done which they broke while my car was there the last time. I had a scheduled appointment for them to replace an outer tie rod the tech broke only to be turned away with a new scheduled appointment. They don't communicate at all, I have had a very hard time getting through to them every time I call. My most recent scheduled appointment they didn't feel the need to contact me to reschedule my appointment, they simply let me drive over there and told me they weren't going to be able to get to my car on that day so we had to reschedule. I would warn people that what I am going through with them that they don't deserve any star rating. We have had the opportunity to talk with this cusotmer since his review was posted. It is our understanding that we have come to a resolution that he has found satisfactory. I am writing to warn others of the lack of knowledge and customer service with Fitzgerald Jeep.When someone buys a Jeep/Chrysler vehicle one should expect that the service department cares.This service department is full of false hopes,poor service and flat out lies..
Jordan doesn't know how to be honest,Bill is a talking piece and poor Jamie has no control.
Twice over two weeks I had an appointment for warranty service work to my 2019 Cherokee limited with a continual transmission issue.First trip up they had the transmission each ride and he also heard the issues.He made comment why they scheduled an appointment June 28th as he was 8 cars behind.We went into the service area and they (Jamie and Jordan) re-set me up for 8a.m. July 12th at 8a.m....
I was at the dealership at 7;45,Bill helped me with Jordan saying they have an open ticket.I left the vehicle to accommodate them and not wait on it and discussed with Bill to have it done by 12 or call me but I had to have it by3 at the latest>I called at 2:20 since no one called me at 12 to verify readiness.I was told they hadn't started it and it could days.Terrible communication and then Jordan had the gull to say "I couldn't just drop the jeep off and expect service to get it done"WHEN THEY SET THE APPOINMENT.They did nothing and wasted two days of my time.Who pays me for my time.
I would tell everyone and anybody to "run" from this dealership "don't walk" but run.The worst service department in Pinellas County Florida.>They sell you a car and you go into service ****.
As a 40 years executive director of a major company with over 200 employees I would suggest the owner look into "Customer Service" as this is where business is either going to make or break a company.Fitzgerald is "Broken"!

When you came in on your initial visit there was a drivability concern with your vehicle. The transmission technician drove with you and explained that this is not something you should wait here for or that we could rectify same day. This is why you were asked to reschedule at your convenience.
We regret if we did not communicate that clearly to you. It would be impossible for us to give you an estimated time of completion pre-diagnosis. Your vehicle requires a specific diagnostic and software procedure. You elected to remove your vehicle before we could do this.
As always, we remain available to assist you, as we have in the past.

You know both events I left the Jeep with you at 8:00 am and in both events.The first was after I had made several comments about the transmission you had the tech ride with me and he did hear the issues.He made the comment he didn't know why you schedule me in as he had several vehicles ahead of mine and he would not get to it.
You were in the conversation to re-schedule two weeks later due to the 4th holiday.It was clearly understood and stated by the tech"I know what I need to do" when I came back.You also know that the second event I left it at 8:00 a.m and it was 3:00 and your team NEVER touched the vehicle .I made it clear that I-either needed by noon or no later than 3:30.Your teams poor communication to even call me should alert you to bigger concerns.
Your falseness to cover your team is admirable but terrible false ,best of luck.I've taken my business to a much higher professional company.Have a great day.
