    **** the sales guy is a complete disgrace to sales man all over. Bought a f150 ****************************** that there is nothing wrong with truck only needed a tune up so me going off his word of that bought it. Turned out transmission is almost gone the tune up he stated turned into a whole new timing chain replaced **** I paid out of pocket. The biggest to me is the front steering the truck should have never left his facility the tie rods and font shocks are shot and no good I have 3 kids I take to school and now I cannot drive them in this untill fixed tried reaching out to Bobby j spoke to **** again he hung up on me and stated before he did I gave ur info to owner if he wants to call u he will if he does t o well totally unprofessional and looking forward to talking to owner ****

    All of our vehicles are used, not new, and sold in as-is, where-is condition with no warranty. This complaint is about a used **** F150 with 178K miles that was purchased nearly five months ago.  Prior to purchase, all of our customers have the opportunity to test drive our vehicles, bring someone with them to check the vehicle over, or have a mechanic inspection off-site.  However, after the purchase, the customer is responsible for any and all repairs, maintenance, or damage that *** occur down the road.  This is explained during the sale and the customer also signed a bill of sale, a warranty disclaimer, and a buyer's guide stating this.

    I am rejecting this response because: **** the sales ************ lied to me and told me that all it needed was a tune up me being gullible said OK and went and purchased the truck with his word that it only needed a tuneup the whole front suspension is shot on the truck they failed to do an inspection prior leaving their facility which should not fall down upon me it should fall upon them the sales guy that works there **** is a complete liar and Im not asking for full reimbursement on what I was told only needed a tuneup I will not resolve this complaint unless we can come to an agreement on both ends

    The vehicle was bought nearly five months ago in as-is, where-is condition, with no warranty.  Repairs made after the purchase are the customer's responsibility.  All of our vehicles are used, not new, and sold in as-is, where-is condition with no warranty.  This is explained during the sale and the customer signed a bill of sale, a warranty disclaimer, and a buyer's guide stating this also.

    I recently brought a car from this business. When I met with **** I asked if there were any curent issues I needed to be aware of and I was told no, I also asked for a report to know if there were any history of craches etc and I was shut down and said if the add did not state crashes then there were none. On the way home after purchasing the car I noticed the fuel and oil light coming on. I emailed this business the next morning explaining the issue and asked for a repair quote. I was immediatly shut down. That same morning I went to a doctors appointment and the fuel guage went from sayig it was 3/4 full to empty (10 minute drive), I reached out to this buisness several times that morning and was ignored until I explained that they had lied knowingly which I beleive is illegal and was promptly sent an agressive email and shut down for any requests for assistance. I spent a further $1K replacing a fuel guage and the faulty battery (which was also not disclosed). The mechanic who looked at it also told me he's concerned about the engine because it is making some (Clunky sounds) and explained I needed to be aware of it as it could be another very expensive issue which is something I cannot afford to repair at this time. The mechanic suggested I reach out via here and explain the issues as he beleives the business who sold me this car did it in a wrongfull manor. I'm not sure how to proceeed further with this but I am concerned a business could sell a vechile in this condition possibly putting me in danger and not offer any sort of assistance in correcting the issues that were purposfully not disclosed. Being lied too during the initial visit then treated in such a demeaning way afterwards is truly disheartening. Since I was told this car was currently is great working order I'd either like them to (Complimentary) repair it to resmble the good working order they claimed it was in or exchange it for something that is in the good working order.

    The warning light and message was visible on the dash during her test drive.  All of our vehicles are sold in as-is, where is condition with no warranty.  The customer signed several documents that state this fact, which are attached to this response.  The salesman explained to her while she signed this paperwork that she was responsible for all repairs, maintenance, and damage to the vehicle.  All of our customers are afforded as much time on a test drive as they need and the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of their choice prior to the purchase, but after her short test drive, she made the decision to buy the vehicle without a mechanic's inspection.

    I am rejecting this response because: I asked **** SPECIFICALLY if there were any current issues with the Jeep and he told me QUOTE: No this Jeep is in fine working order. I have since spent $1000 replacing the battery and fuel guage. I have been told the engine needs a diagnostic check and there could potentially be a severe issue which makes the Jeep UNSAFE to drive. It broke down within 24hours and required road side assitance which I had to wait over 6 hours for. I have been told the Jeep is too unsafe to drive until I know what is wrong with the ENGINE. How in good conscience can someone lie regarding such severe issues. What if that engine did not hold out for the ride home and I was killed on the road due to his lies? What if someone did this to one of ***** children? I doubt he would be so cold and cruel about these types of lies then. **** blatently lied to my face in order to get a sale and he DID NOT DISCLOSE severe issues with the vechile when I asked him what I needed to be aware of. I literally have not been able to drive the Jeep since it was purchased due to the danger issues that were pointed out to me AFTERWARDS! **** lied about issues and put my safety at risk.
