      I had signed up for a plan with them in March 2022. When I had finally received activation and the layout of the plan it was not what the agent and I had discussed. I immediately terminated the plan and was told I would have a refund within 10 business days. the time allotted ha snow passed and I have not received the refund as well as no numbers work, I can't get an email response and anything found on google is incorrect. All I want is the refund I was told I would receive.

      This company gave out misleading information. It is not an insurance plan but a discount. I was looking for an insurance plan to cover myself and my two children. It was difficult to understand the representative but she was clear that it was an insurance plan that I could use starting Monday to go to the doctor and dentist. I made appointments and the providers called me back and informed me that what I had is not insurance. I did not sign up for a discount and it was not what I wanted. I thought I was receiving a discounted price for an insurance plan. It was never explained that it was not an insurance plan. I paid $222 to this representative and I am seeking a full refund since it was a flat out lie. I also want confirmation that this has been cancelled.

      Hi I am trying to contact premier insurance benefits under corvantis. i bought this insurance through an agent and 149 usd were deducted from my account. I want to cancel it ans I am trying to contact this number +X XXXXXXXXXX. its been 2 weeks I am trying and it goes to voicemail and no one returns the call. I do not have membe id nor did I get any other details. Please help.

      I have cancelled the policy on two previous occasions. The last time was in December, 2020. However, the deductions continue to be taken from my bank account in the amount of $182.00 per month. I have called on several occasions but get no answer, left several messages that are not responded to and send emails that are never answered. I am frustrated and do not know how to resolve this issue. I never received any information on the policy. Thank you for your assistance.

There is no record of any correspondence from Ms. ****** until this October 5, 2021, when Ms. ****** contacted our Member / Provider Customer Service and requested the policy to be cancelled. Ms. ****** advised that she has called multiple times to cancel the policy, Ms. ****** was advised that there weren't any notes on file and was transferred to the Agency who would process the cancellation. Ms. ******'s policy currently shows a "Future Inactive" date of 10/ 31/21, which is the current paid through date. We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused. If we can be of any further assistance in this matter, please advise

      This company is continuing to contact me no matter how many times I ask them to stop. At first I was very polite and asked them to stop calling me.They claim they record calls, they can listen back that I have asked dozens of times to not be contacted.After the first dozen times of asking them to not call me I got put on the do not call list but this company keeps calling me. They also text me which I will attach to the complain. At one point I started trying to find out where this company is, thanks to their company logo on their texts I was able to figure it out. But when I called to speak with someone in charge the team members mock me and wont give me any information. One employee I have a massive issue with is "Levi" he claims he is a private broker and not associated with the company. He mocked the fact that I filed a complain and is violating my rights by continuing to call and text me. I want this company to stop contacting me and I would like a formal apology from the company.

We are showing that in the last 60 days 33 calls were made but of those 18 calls were INBOUND calls from the consumer to us. He did request to be put on the do not call list on 09/03/21 to which we honored and haven't made any outbound calls since even though we still have records of inbound calls coming in from his number. We do pride ourselves on providing a great service to those in need. Our representatives are independent contractors not employees of our company but we ensure that lead sources provided are vetted against appropriate DNC lists to ensure we are following federal and state TCPA guidelines. We find often that people target companies like ours in effort to get some monetary gain. We are hoping that in this case there is a misunderstanding. We do apologize for any inconvenience but also respectfully request that this consumer cease contacting us as well. By making inbound calls into our system it is creating false inquiries and creates significant monetary damages to us. Each of my calls into this company have been returned phone calls asking them to stop calling me... most of the time they hung up immediately. They call from different local area code numbers so its impossible to know who is calling without picking up or calling back. They mentioned a total of 33 calls, 18 of which are from me to them that means 15 of the calls were from them to me.. half of the total calls. The reason for that is because they call and hangup so I have to call back to ask them to stop calling. I also called to try to establish that I had to correct company before I reported them. One case when I called and asked for the name of the company an employee told me "I do not have to tell you anything". They are based out of Florida but recently have been call me from 610 (PA) area codes. I was also able to find out the one guy (Levi) who keeps calling is not even licensed in the state I live in. So why is he calling me?? Why was the company still calling me at all in the last month? Do not rely on the last 30 days - check the last 90 days how many times the company has tried to contact me. Listen back to the phone calls.. I have always been super polite letting the caller know to take me off the list. I have text message proof from 8/3 and 8/4 where I asked this company to stop contacting me. Rather than stopping they started calling from different numbers. I attached those screenshots on my complaint. As you can see in the screenshots some of the answers the company sent me were not professional at all - whoever Levi was essentially challenging me to try to report them. I am not interested in monetary gain and I am not interested in causing an issue for this company. I would just like the company to stop calling me. It appears that this issue is resolved if they have finally removed me from their call list as they mentioned in their response. Thank you
