BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning unauthorized billing issues. In April 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. The business has responded with the following:

"Our company does not do telemarketing, our way of selling is more traditional. We send our postcards by postal mail. The customer can contact us by phone if they are interested in the service. There is a record of all phone calls in our internal system.

During the call, the salesperson will ask for the name, address, and banking information. They will also ask if the customer is interested in other services offered by the company. At each step of the sale, the seller will verbally ask for authorization of the charges for the service being purchased, in addition to explaining the service.

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will receive a letter in the mail with the information needed to activate the service. Additional information about the service will also be included in the letter.

We believe that, unfortunately, most customers forget that they have called. There are a number of reasons why this can happen. In our opinion, some people don't pay attention to the salesperson's explanation of the service, so they don't have a full understanding of what they are buying. As a result, customers don't use it and may forget they bought it.

For this reason, we are working on improving our customer service in order to help our customers and to be more present to remind them that the service they have purchased is active and ready for use. Thankfully, this type of complaint represents a small percentage of our customers, so we want to encourage our customers to leave a review about their experience with us."
