Very Disappointed Order was Never sent or Received from 11/16 that Lilly told me she took to the post office. I changed the address to my dad’s house in Florida and flew to Florida to get my hair done for my birthday. 11/18 (appointment 11/20 Had to cancel everything, sent messages and what has transpired in the last 2weeks. Lilly stated she would send to my house in Texas she has known since 11/16 I was only going to be in Florida until Tuesday 11/21. I called after the order was placed. I have been shopping with Missy since she was selling hair from a vehicle but after all of this from someone in management makes me want to no longer support. I have not been properly treated, I have not received the wig and she told me last Friday it would ship to Texas, now it’s headed to Florida.(Arrived in Florida Thursday, but I live in Texas.So that means I haven’t had a chance to get my hair done yet and have lost money waiting for a wig ordered way before the holidays ???????. Bad hair… don’t waste your money.. the hair I got pineapple wave a mess after a couple hours.. called so many times and promised a call back and also sent pictures over. Very bad companyReview from Latticourt

The hair does not hold a curl at all. Also I've had this hair for 2 months and will tangle and matt like crazy.Review from Kreisha W

I really didn't want to have to make this review but 🗣LISTEN... don't spend your money or send anyone else to spend their money!! This hair is not what you think. This stuff tangles like wild weeds. It sheds more than a puppy that need to be groomed. I'm so disappointed. Y'all don't waste your time nor your money. The knots are enormous, I had to pretreat and process them 3 times!! 3 times!! The marketing is amazing but the product is trash.

Omg I'm so glad I read these reviews 95% are bad!! I literally have my stuff in the cart and was putting in my cc info!! So thankful I came here 1st!! Everyone isn't lying this is sad...I was about to drop almost 1G....dogged an expensive bullet!!Missy Hair Boutique, Inc. Response

I ordered hair on May 8th. On May 21st I reached out because I had not heard anything. I got no reply and when I reached out on social Media, they blocked me. Thank god I purchased on PayPal. A total scam. Unprofessional. And totally shady. Do not order.
