      Repairs brake back and front and abs light on and brakes making noises. Raising prices for work not done

      No repairs have ever been made regarding the *** system, only on the brakes themselves.

      customer reached out to report brake noise last week. Customer was told that the parts would be under warranty if there is a problem with them and that they just need to bring the truck in so that we could look at it.

      customer has yet to bring the truck in but is welcome to.

      Business done work on car oil change. After the process,the car was still leaking oil. I call Noble and spoke to *****. ***** said it was the oil plug that was stripped and he would order another one. He did , but that didn't work either. I called back to explain to ***** that I think that my oil pan threads were stripped and the bolt is not the issue. On 8/13/2022 I arrived at Noble at 7:30 am. I meet ***** and he knew what I was there for from a previous conversation we had on 8/12/2022. ***** called me instead of telling me while I was with him that he does not want to fix the problem, and that he favored me to much and ended our relationship. I want my car fix that's all, but he refused.

      Individuals vehicle was leaking oil. Customer requested that we replace the oil pan at no cost to him. Attempts of good faith to rectify the issue were met with documented profanity laced threats prior to dropping the vehicle off as well as when the vehicle was on the lot. Requests on our behalf to cease these threats were not met and as a result the individual was told to take his business elsewhere.

      I am rejecting this response because: There was never a threatened situation about my car not being fixed. I said that I would blog every social media platform that I could think of, and I did that. If that's a threat, then I'm not understanding his verbage. He did not want to come out of pocket for there mistake. I'm ok..I'll just keep putting out word of mouth about his business to others. That means more than playing kids games. I'll pass.

      As previously stated there are numerous documented profanity laced threats from the customer directed towards individuals representing the business.

      There is no evidence  that we are directly or even indirectly responsible for the customers oil leak. While nothing can be said in certain is its just as likely, if not even more likely that the oil leak is caused by wear and tear.

      Any attempts made to rectify or please the customer were met with profanity and accusation.

      29 of October 2021 Car would not start. I know it could be the fuel pump. I called around and got several quotes . I always asked for the FINAL PRICE including all fee plus tax. I was quoted on the phone 315.00 The car was towed to Noble. My decision to tow it there was solely based on the quote given over the phone. I was told that thy could start to work and finish by the end of Friday . No one called, Next day I was told it would 450. All of sudden when I have no choice and the car is not operational it costs more. I cannot come and pick it up ! Statutory Provision 559.905 clearly provides that the repair shop is obligated to provide a written repair estimate. Noble failed to do so - they could have emailed it to me. The next day it is a different higher price when the customer has no choice. I cannot pick up the car Well, this is exactly the reason why the law provides for a written estimate that Noble failed to provide so that when people call in a estimate is given, the customer has the car towed there based on that oral estimate and then the next day when the customer has no choice it is higher - and explained afterwards that it is the labor. Well, if you ask for the final price give us the final price and I feel mislead. I am not suggesting they do this on purpose but the failure to provide a written estimate as required by law in light of this practice raises serious questions. I was to told the car would be ready at 1pm Car was not ready untlil 4.53 when they closed 7 minutes later. No precautions against the deadly virus, no mask, no gloves, no cleaning of the car. No test drive, the CHECK ENGINE sign came on as I drove off. I called but everybody was gone. In addition the break light switch was broken. Light did not go off. A friend fixed the break light switch, check engine still needs to be fixed READ THE ATTACHMENT READ ATTACHMENT plus solution READ ATTACHMENT .

In this particular case, the number on file was called multiple times to reach the gentlemen. We had also been in contact with his friend who had assisted in the tow from my understanding. As we were told the vehicle had been sitting for around 1 year which will often cause more problems, but we were only addressing the starting issue. From the original discussion,the price did have to be adjusted. We had to pump out all of the old gas which was no longer usable and refill enough gas to get it started. This entails more labor. As far as any concern to sanitary procedures, we take the safety of our customers seriously. We follow any standing mandates by the State of Florida. We also, will accept any special accommodations from our customers. Having said this, the safety and satisfaction of all of our customers is our priority. I do wish the customer would have reached out to us at the shop during our business hours so we could take care of the situation. Please, let us know what type of adjustment is being requested.Regarding any invoices, if the customer did not receive one, we maintain all records and will gladly email.
